So I can't say much about the atmosphere due to the fact that I've never eaten inside. However, I have been ordering from them... for about 5 years and I feel obligated to post my experience. The food comes hot, made to my order specifications, and overalldelicious. I've had a few hiccups with them but they are the best in the valley so far. I've ordered from other locations and Iwas left feeling dissatisfied and like it was all a waste of money. The rainbow location is the opposite. Good portions, decentservice and fast delivery is what you can expect from this place. I read some of the other reviews here, but I guess I've beenlucky enough to never experience bad service or food. I love this place. I will continue to recommend this location to everybodyI know. Easy to order over the phone.
This place is so rude and unprofessional!! If your counting on dinner for your family DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! You will NEVER... get it!!! They supposedly had the wrong address 2 hours later after waiting on our food we ordered at 7:30pm they say " ordriver closed at 9 pm so you have to cancel your order (this was at 10 pm and after speaking to them several times already after9pm) I can't believe how inconsiderate these people were and I'll NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!! Really delicious Chinese food, got the food out very fast. My only complaint was it was a little warm inside, but it was a... really hot day so what can you do? The take away containers were reusable so that's really cool. Read more
I’m sad to leave this review because the food is amazing! Unfortunately my card info was stolen by someone at the restaurant! ... I paid with a credit card and the person that took my information over the phone repeated the information back to us. Then allof a sudden with my brand new credit card, that has never had any charges, all of a sudden $800 in fraudulent charges! Beware ofusing a credit card with them! Read more
Bad experience. I ordered to dine in, 20 min later my order didn't arrive to my table so I went to ask why took so long,the... attendance started looking my order & it was on the orders to go he just said an excuse (place wasn't crowded or busy) theydidn't do anything to compensate their mistake. Food good as always, service(customer care) bad. Below average. Fired rice was good. Orange chicken fresh BUT over cooked and not enough sauce. Wings were the best dish of all.... Not sure if we will visit again. Slightly over priced. $26 for Orange chicken, rice, shrimp fried rice and wings. Read more
It shocks me everytime on how kind the workers are in this restaurant, i was waiting a while for my food and they gave me free... soda and free cookies for the inconvenience. The food is so good and it feels so home-like. Love this place!! Read more
