Had a great dinner here with my family. Our server was Mackenzie, loved his personality and he was very patient and respectful... when it came to taking our order because we were unsure of some items on the menu. This is sad. We always come to this Chili's, tonight we decided to dine here. The service was okay , but the food was horrible!!... Everything looked and tasted old, like it was sitting around for who knows how long. I ordered a coffee and I was told theyneeded to make a fresh pot, so when the coffee comes out, it's warm! They might as well said they were out of coffee if theywere just going to heat up old coffee. It's just crazy to me how our entire meal was disgusting. They refunded the money backand never asked what was wrong with the meal. Poor management is whats wrong with it! We are never eating here again. Thanks forthe discount tho! Read more

Our local Chilis is great! We always it at the bar and receive great service. All bartenders here that we have been served by... are women that are very hard working and multitask very well. We enjoy cooking here during happy hours taking advantage of thehappy hour food and drink menu. Texas fries are a must try. Read more

I had ordered a to go "JUST BACON BURGER". Upon opening my container I was grossly unimpressed. The To go service makes me want... to go to Burger King. Inside of the restaurant looks pretty dirty. The server was very very very slow to come to the table we had to ask three times.... She also was not very attentive and when I asked for a glass of water after she tried to sell me a second alcoholic beverage shedid not bring me the water. They were incredibly short staffed during our visit on October 10, 2022, but that didn't stop them from giving outstanding... service. The food was served hot and delicious and we never had to wait for refills on drinks or any other requests. I wouldhave been impressed with their friendliness and efficiency even if I hadn't known they were short staffed. Read more
