Had grilled chicken wrap but was kind of disappointed with the taste. Ordered coffee and the wait staff had to make a new pot... which was no big deal except during that process they forgot to give me my small cup of coffee with my wrap. When I went to thecounter to get it one of the cashiers seemed to be a little annoyed with me but immediately another employee stepped in and gotmy coffee. She was polite and made sure to say she was sorry for the inconvenience. Awesome customer service on her part. Read more
I went in and Chick-fil-A usually has amazing service but not this location. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a gallon of tea... and it took 16 minutes for them to give me my order. The food was okay but this is the first Chick fil A I have ever in my life been to and had to wait such a long time in the drive... thru for food. I have to say I've gotten pretty use to them being fast and this one was not but they were very friendly justseemed to be training a few people at the time we went. Read more
Service and place was very good, but when we got our food it was cold like my ex's heart :'( we don't like cold food sorry.
I?m attending UNLV and this is a new location close by. I?ve visited a few times since it opened. I?ve had no issues. Of course... the wait in the drive through was long once or twice but it?s brand new. I?m sure the minor issues will work themselves out. Ihaven?t had a ?one star? experience at all. The only thing I would suggest is to be aware of the traffic flow coming out of thedrive through. It?s easier to just make a right. Read more

Plenty of parking. Very attentive staff, a few items we ordered were missed but I also had 8 different orders on one receipt. No... issues in correcting the order. My only complaint is that while dining it looked like the supervisor/manager was conductingworker evaluations right next to guests. I know this the norm for fast food joints but it's still not a good practice especiallyin front of guests. Read more
Definitely do not recommend this chick fil a, I always drive to the one a little further just to avoid this one. I went to this... location order food online and went inside to pick up. There was no one in line and about 7 people working there. I asked thefirst one about my mobile order, it was ready and sitting there. I told them my name and that my order was there he said he?llask someone else if I can grab it because he doesn?t know. He asked another girl who was standing and speaking to a another teammember laughing, when the first person asked if I was able to get it she said she didn?t know and laughed and continued to talkto the other team member.
