Can't say anything negative about this restaurant/franchise. The restaurant itself is clean and filled with friendly staff,... which is always refreshing considering how rude some workers are in this city. The food quality is nothing less thanoutstanding, but it's also the expectation too. I'm not a Chick-fil-A fanatic like some folks are, but I will definitely be backin the near future. I know the average person can get away with spending about $10/person here, but for me, I typically spendabout $18 just for me. Because of the hype, I'm sure most Americans have tried here before, but if you haven't, I highlyrecommend it. Read more
I thought the first time this happened it was a one off. However, this is the 5th time in a row we have come to this Chic-Fil-a... and they fill the fry containers with the sauces you request instead of fries. Read more
Love Chick-fil-A! You cannot beat the service and quality of this chain restaurant. My only complaint (just like everyone else... perhaps) is it is closed on Sundays ????. I love the choice of sauces. Anyone one else think the trash can compactor is cool? Read more
I was happy when I seen this location was opening since it's right next to me, but since it's opened I've had a few bad... experiences. Right when it opened I've gotten breakfast there and the biscuit mix seemed like it wasn't cooked properly becausethe biscuit was falling apart and the sweet tea was never sweet enough which was reoccurring for my first couple of visits. After that things were decent and I didn't have any issues until last week. My wife had placed a mobile pick up order around10:20 am for breakfast, but I got there at 10:33am. They told me that they couldn't give us the breakfast because it was passed10:30 even though we made the order before 10:30. I've never had that happen at another location before so I had to getbreakfast somewhere else. Then today my wife did another mobile order and there was hair in her sandwich. When we called theysaid they would just give us another sandwich whenever we come back. I feel like that's not good enough because it's not aboutthe money it's about the inconvenience of her not being able to eat her breakfast, they could've given us a gift card or refundthe order at least. This location just opened up I get it. But they need to do the rehiring process over cause these people don?t know what their... doing. Every time I order it?s always wrong when I get to window. Then I ask can I have extra meat on my salad cause obviouslythey are rationing the food with the small amount of meat on salad. Get to the window and once again the person that took myorder didn?t even put I wanted extra meat when I specifically asked for it and you read me back my order. So I had to pay for itat the window $3.00, and when I tell you for that small amount they gave me, they could have kept it! Read more

Now that the location at Craig &Clayton has a new manager ,service and experience is improved. They still need to train the... young people taking orders about professionalism...their conversations with each other and too often lazy approach to takingorders is definitely noticed by customers and results in missed items on my order at times.
