Very positive experience at this location. Got the order correct, and had very friendly service deliver the food and ask for... refills as well. Impressed with the overall experience and would recommend this location to anyone who's looking for a goodchicken sandwich. Read more

Food was fast and fresh. Service members were attentive and responsive. Bathrooms and main area was clean and well maintained.... Only issue it that this location is like 50% busier then most locations with 50% less parking, so just be aware the lines may behuge for parking. Read more
What's up with Chick-fil-a in Las Vegas? This chain has been the gold standard for excellence in their industry for quite some... time but this is now the second location in Las Vegas that has fallen far below expectations for us. The other location I won'tdine with again but this one was less egregious. Due to the pandemic, we've hit the drive-through here many times but had neverdined in until yesterday. To be fair, the food quality was completely up to their high standard and their drive-through servicehas been as well. The dine-in experience though? Not so much. The first problem is that they refused to help my wife with herrewards points. She eats there a lot and has quite a few. She wasn't even trying to redeem them, just claim the points for ourdinner purchase. They flat out refused to help her and told her she wouldn't get them after we spent $40 on our meal. No realexplanation was offered other than she should have presented her card earlier in the transaction. When using the drive through,they ask you for the app and make sure it is entered. Secondly, this restaurant was dirty and gross. Every garbage can wasoverflowing to the point that we had to just leave our stuff on our tray and set it on the garbage can because we were unable tofit it into the tiny hole on top of the cans which had garbage flowing out of it. This wasn't just one garbage can, it was allof them. There were no paper towels in the men's room and none of the tables had been wiped. We were in the building for morethan half an hour and didn't see anyone wiping tables at any point during our time there. We had to wipe our own table and therewas a pile of garbage left on the table next to us. We did however, see a bunch of employees sitting at another table laughingand having fun together. The good news is that there are other great chicken joints in town that have comparable pricing whentaking portion sizes into account. Chick-fil-A is always good. This location is very conveniently located near the airport and freeway. I've been to several... Chick-fil-A's and I have never gotten bad food or bad service once. The service is very fast and well organized, even when thelines are super long. The employees are always kind, courteous and have a smile on their faces. Chick-fil-A has the bestcustomer service! I will always go back!! Their sandwiches are always fresh and delicious, no complaints there. Tried to place orders for the entire office but their online ordering only let's you place one order from a computer so we had... to go in and order. It also doesn't allow you to use a Chick-fil-a gift card. One person ordered a combo meal with a large fry.The fry came not even half full! None were in the bottom of the bag, just half full. The sandwich was ordered with no picklesand first bite.... a pickle. The chick-fil-a sauce looked almost coagulated. I loved some of your staff, however, I believe that you should strive to have all of your staff be comfortable with customer... service. Some of the staff did not seem eager at all, and while I understand that everyone has had a long day, staff should atleast be welcoming and eager to take your order. For example, most of the cashiers and the people at the front seemed very outof touch and like they didn't want to be there or talk to anyone, and that shouldn't be the case, since they're the first facewe see when we walk into the restaurant.
