So my friend complained that he had hair in his fries. Then he went back and once again there was hair in his fries when he... returned them to get new ones. Today we went back just to see what's going on. Maybe things have changed. The lady at thedrive-thru window said you complained on me you're not allowed to eat here anymore.. so if you inform the owner that you had anissue with the employees. The owner tells the employees and the employees punish the customers. How is that good business? Read more
Me and my wife bought 2 fish sandwiches 2 small fries and 4 funnel fries. The fry's was not hot, the fish sandwiches was old... that it had turned colors and extremely hard. I will never return to this location. I've worked for rallys when I was a teenagerand we took pride in what we served our customers making sure every bite was hot and fresh. These employees working here don'tcare this is not the first time I've wasted my money at this location which is sad. This is how people get sick and foodpoisoning, because establishments don't take there jobs seriously to care. You can clearly see that the fish you are serving haschanged colors and hard but yet you still serve to your customers. Read more
Josie was our drive thru cashier tonight and she definitely exceeded our customer service expectations. She was such a joy to be... assisted by. Her service proven greatness in how well she carried herself. Josie was beyond presentable. She cared for my familyand I in a way that I don?t see that in fast food restaurants anymore. I lovee rallys. Ligit my favorite place to eat and today I spent 30 or 40 dollars for my entire order to be wrong. Vegetables on... my burger old. Stale bread. Over cooked chicken bites. Undercooked fries. Refused to give me ketchup. And I am missing aboutthree things on my order. I am so disappointed. I'm at lunch right now but I'm going in after work and hopefully yall replace myorder. This was foul. Read more
By the looks of the place you would think it was abandoned. We wanted to eat inside but they have a closed lobby due to repairs.... We ate in the parking lot and the food was great, to big to even finish them. Nice visit just wish we could have eaten inside. Read more
The burgers taste good. What a shame that a lot of locations have closed. The fries are very crunchy and salted just perfectly!... The chicken sandwiches can easily be compared to chick fil a. They have a good variety of drinks as well. The staff is alwayscourteous and professional. I definitely recommend this to anyone that just wants a quick bite without cracking the bank ! Read more
Just wanted the owner to know. You didn't respond back to me about the hair in the fries. Instead you told your employees about... it and now they said because I complained on them I can't eat there anymore.
