Gave this place plenty of chances. Food is far from good. Grew up eating at Charley?s in a different state and never had an... issue with quality. This location simply doesn?t know how to make a proper sub. And all I?m getting is just a ChickenCalifornia! First time was just all right. Second and third time the entire chicken was lumped together with half melted cheese.Now this time my Chicken California had a strong barbecue taste like they didn?t clean off the grill. Normally bbq would bealright but mixed in with the chicken and cheese made this sub taste so weird. I was hungry so I ate it anyway. Plus I alreadydrove home. I won?t be returning to this location. regular size of the Philly we order was fare, perfect size in my opinion i order the fiesta one and the Philly one with... Ultimate fries we spend over $30 for 2 combos but size of the drink was small like probably 16 oz but it was good we waited like10 min for out order. Read more
I had a $5 reward that I wanted to apply to my order. I work in the mall & by ordering on the app, I don?t waste my entire lunch... break walking up to the food court, waiting in a forever long line, then taking another 5-10 minutes for order to be ready. Whenthe reward didn?t apply, I went to the store & showed the rep my online receipt, my $5 off QR code & told her it was the secondtime it happened. I asked if she could return it in store & ring me up a second time using my coupon or maybe issue a gift cardfor the $5. She wasn?t sure so she got her supervisor, she also said she was not sure & she?d call her manager. She stepped inthe back for a few minutes & came back & said her manager said there is nothing they can do. They have really good prices for good quality food. The gourmet ultimate fries were perfectly drenched in sauces and the chicken... sandwich was absolutely amazing, melted in my mouth. I came to the Meadows Mall to vote. After I was done, I got a little hungry since I haven't eaten all day. Went to the food... court and decided to try Charley's Philly Steaks. I ordered the large old school cheese steak combo. The old school has steak,cheez whiz, and grilled onions. The food came out hot and fresh. A little salty from the cheez whiz but a good overallsandwich. I definitely will stop by again if I go to the Meadows Mall. Read more
