I recently went to Caviar Bar with my family and we had an amazing time. The food was delicious and the service was great. We... booked our reservation online, which was super easy to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we arrived, and theymade sure everything ran smoothly throughout our entire visit. The atmosphere was very nice, too—not too loud or crowded,which is something I\'ve experienced at some other restaurants in Vegas. I\'d definitely go back again! Read more
We just recently discovered Caviar Bar LV, and we are so thankful we did! Their staff was so attentive and helpful when I called... to ask about the restaurant. They answered all of my questions, and I could tell they really cared about my experience. When wearrived at the restaurant, it was crowded but our servers were able to seat us right away. The food came quickly, but still hot,and it was delicious! We had the fried shrimp with caviar, which was a great mix of flavors. My husband had the fish soup, whichhe said was amazing. I also had the crab pasta dish, which was too rich for me, but my son loved it! Our reservation only lastedtwo hours, but we felt like that was plenty of time to enjoy our meal and talk with our family. The waiters/waitresses were attentive; bringing out the food anddrinks almost immediately. Service was attentive and the timing of food was good. We were also on the early side of dinner (first ones sat). Food was good... but not exceptional. Over salting on the salmon waffles made them undesirable. Caviar was delicious. Butternut soup is a must.Cocktails were average. Overall this place needs to work to stand out from the other high end restaurants in Las Vegas tocompete with the price tag. Read more

Can’t say enough about this new and exquisite restaurant inside the brand new Resorts World Hotel and Casino. The food,... service, and atmosphere were truly top notch and amazing!! The beautiful decor is cozy yet breathtaking!! My wife had theTruffle Gnocchi while I had the Australian Wagyu Beef. Both were absolutely delicious and prepared to perfection! They have avast selection of delicious house-made cocktails. For dessert we shared the dark chocolate cake as well as the Caviar Ball,which is a Blackberry Cheese Cake!! We wanted quality seafood and caviar-infused dishes in a beautiful atmosphere and all the boxes were checked at Caviar Bar Las... Vegas by Chef Shaun Hergatt. The hostess seated us immediately, the manager stopped by to greet us and the server check forallergies as she poured our wine before we ordered. The experience was luxurious. This is a great girls night out or date nightspot! I even saw a few business meetings taking place. If you are in town for a convention this could also be a great place tomeet up with the team for champagne and appetizers before dinner nearby.
