What an amazing place for introduction to Armenian food. Our hostess was very kind and friendly. We ordered Beef Kebob and a... another type of Kebab made with minced beef. Both dishes were very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The potatoes and rice wereboth unique and very good. Tried an Armenian soda which was also nice and very unique. Don't miss this place. I hardly ever leave reviews but this restaurant truly deserves it. It’s a hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of... the strip, but I would highly recommend if you want delicious and authentic Armenian food. Beware! They have hidden charges they do NOT tell you about. Using a credit card is a fee. If you ask for water they bring out... bottle water and charge you for it. You need to ask for glass filled water if you don’t want to be charged. We went in with 4adults and 1 child who ate else where prior. We did not order for the child. They charged a 18% service fee without letting usknow since there was 5 people in our party but only ordered for 4. They say it’s on the menu which You cant see, and I belike: I didn’t order that service fee of 18% on the menu, I ordered the food from the menu. We only Went here because Sushiplace next door had poor service so we left that establishment. Wanted to try the Philipino restaurant but they had a privateparty so we went to Cascade. I like supporting small businesses but very disappointed with hidden fees and charges and not beingtold I could choose between bottled water or free glass filled water. It tastes like an Armenian grandma is cooking me food in her house. The food has such a personal taste, as if the cook takes... pride in their food and presentation. It is now my favorite go to place for Armenian food. The meals are reasonably priced, andworth every penny. I would describe the food, but there are too many good things to say it might sound repetitive. All in all, Iam coming back for the fun classy atmosphere, home cooked meals, and friendly service. Excellent food! We came on a Wed night and we're lucky enough to have a violist play while we dined too. The food is all fresh... and cooked to order. Excellent kabobs and lamb chops!!! This place definitely deserves their 5 star rating. Although their borscht is lacking the dill the tender chunks of meat and the... well balance of seasoning surely makes up for it. We order the combination plate with Beef flank steak kabob and chicken breastkabob and both were perfectly prepared. The side of rice was seasoned and the eggplant salad was amazing. I could tell all theingredients were fresh and made to order. We also had hummus and it was delightful. Just the right amount of olive oil andsmoked paprika to compliment the garbanzo beans. Read more
