We decided to try Casa Calavera while we stayed at Virgin and it was a good choice. They have a couple vegan/plant based options... which was good for my diet. I didn't know everyone got salsa and chips for the table beforehand so we ended up ordering too muchfood. Maybe bring the chips and salsa before the menus so people are aware? The service was good and prompt. The food was verygood as well. The prices are a little high for what you get portion wise depending on what you order. Read more

We went for dinner on a Sunday, and the service was wonderful. Atmosphere was very fun. Food was delicious and came out super... fast. Their margaritas are very yummy too! Read more

The restaurant is beautiful, nice decor. We liked the tacos and yucca fries, but disappointed in the guac., we ate less than... half. Their chips are the best I've ever had, extra hot and crispy, but they give you a bunch of broken chips midway to thebottom of the bowl, and whole chips at the top. I find that happening at lots of other restaurants, also, so either I'm unluckyand getting the bottom of the bag every time, or they're all being cheap now. If they hadn't tasted so good and free I would'vecomplained. Overall, other folks seemed to be enjoying themselves and the atmosphere. Read more

Casa Calavera was a great experience. I was turned on to some new tequila's that were complimentary to my stay at the Virgin... Hotel Las Vegas. I also enjoyed the meals and found the food prepared very well to my taste with great service. Read more

Service was pleasant with a few hiccups, probably due to shortage of employees that every establishment is experiencing right... now. Lots of TV?s around the bar which were annoyingly only tuned to golf (we asked if we could watch the no hitter baseballgame that was going on at the time, 8th inning and were refused). Food and drinks were good. Salsa stood out, was very good. Enjoyed the lunch and breakfast menu. Ambiance was good, just missing a little extra something to make the restaurant andexperience special. My friend and I came through here in passing and deciding on getting some tequila shots at the bar. The bartender was awesome... and gave us recommendations. We both ordered two different tequilas at the 2 oz size. I'm giving a 4 star for now and maybe willedit if we decide to come back for food. Read more

Came here for lunch & had some margaritas & tacos. The food is a bit pricey, but expected for the location. The tacos were good... & they have a pretty good variety. Chips & salsa, and cocktails were great as well! I would recommend if you're staying atVirgin Hotel. They have a really nice outdoor seating section & I would come again! Read more
