Best steakhouse I?ve been to ever! The atmosphere is amazing. Food was delicious as well as the wine selection. Service was... great and waiters were very attentive, friendly, and took care of our table with great care. To anyone reading this I give thisplace 5/5 stars and I give our waiter Jason and Felipe 5/5 stars as well. They need an applause for good waiting service! Theywaited us on December 4th for dinner. Awesome, latest and newest steakhouse at the famous Resort's World Las Vegas. Food is amazing I ordered the cheesecake bites,... and salmon excellent.. The best thing is sitting in the balcony and listening to chill music. Great drinks as well. Highlyrecommended ???? Read more
It was my birthday, first time in Vegas! October 13th I had dinner at Carver, from the drinks, the food, the awesome staff I... wish I could give way more than 5 stars! Steakhouse with elevated dining and some interesting fusion dishes. Food was pretty decent although there weren't really any... stand out dishes. Definitely paying strip prices here and with so many other options at this price point we didn't really findcarversteak to be worth it. The restaurant was beautiful. Loved the ambiance. The atmosphere was comfortable and lively. Our server was wonderful,... knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. The sommelier recommended a wonderful wine that paired well with my husband?s steak andmy Vegan Chop. The wedge salad was a nice change from the usual. It had soft boiled eggs and a crispy beer battered onion ring.Their vegan dishes were not typical. It was such a great experience. We?ll definitely be back. Read more
Made a reservation here a month ago to celebrate my wedding anniversary. When we arrived we were seated promptly on the patio... next to the herb garden. Our server Joel was amazing. So informative and really on top of everything all night. The food was sogood. The Kansas City strip was so tender it just melt in your mouth. Also tried the béarnaise sauce and the red winebordelaise sauce. They were both amazing. Will definitely be returning here in the future. Read more
One of the best restaurants I?ve ever been to. The drinks, service and food was all top notch. I ordered the Australian wagyu... and it was cooked to perfection. The appetizers were also phenomenal and bursting with flavor. Our server was wonderful and mywife I will definitely be back again soon! 10 out of 10. Read more
Great service! The food was good. The steaks amazing! My husband wasn?t a big fan of the lobster. Not that it was bad but not at... the top of his list. The mashed potatoes were to die for!
