The atmosphere was very nice, soothing music, not too loud. About five minutes after being seated, our server approached us and... sat in some weird sideways position across two chairs in front of us and said something, I don't even remember because that wasa very off putting introduction. I showed her a free calamari appetizer promotion on my phone, and she immediately told me theydon't participate in that one, saying I should have checked to see Las Vegas doesn't do that. After taking a look at the validoffer from a third party, Dine Rewards, I showed it to her again. That's when she brought over the manager. The manager took aquick look at it and said no problem, we will get that right to you. The calamari appetizer was very good. It had an extracrispy peppered coating, served with marinara and aioli. The side salad was very good, served with Italian olives andpepperoncini. The steak was ordered medium, and it was perfectly cooked. The broccoli was thoroughly cooked and tasty. Therosemary garlic fries were fantastic! The Linguine Pescatore was very good. Our server was rather inattentive, to the point ofthe manager refilling our drinks and asking us for anything else that we needed. Even at the end, she took like what seemedforever to get us the bill. I still gave her a decent tip because she was working, where so many other people these days don'teven want to go to work. But this would easily have been a five star review if not for the poor service. After all, the veryfirst interaction we had with her was she told me that I was wrong about a promotion, where I was correct. It just went downhillfrom there. Read more

Nice place with a relaxed and local crowd. There's a bar section where you can watch sports and eat. The food is good,... portions are expectedly huge considering it's an Italian restaurant, the prices are similar to Olive garden or any other chainItalian restaurants. The service is great! No problems with service here. The staff are quite robotic in doing their job--no smiles, no conversation. Do you want an... appetizer? What drink do you want? Ready to order? It would be nice to see someone smile and not be so robotic. I do believethey're doing their best in helping. They're slow on the drink refills when seated at the restaurant. Some additional trainingcan help with that. To the waiters and waitresses, please smile and stop walking around like a zombie robot waiting ontables. My last visit, we ordered a drink that we NEVER got. Maybe we didn't need the drink, but I expect the waiter orwaitress to bring what I ordered and NOT what they want is to have. I do believe their recipe has changed for the ChickenBryan. The sauce and sundried tomatoes tasted really off today. It may be a one off Otherwise, I'd recommend this location. Read more

This used to out place to go to for great food and atmosphere. Sad to say but the last 2 times for certain have not been... pleasant. The food this last time was not anywhere near what is used to be . I ordered Pollo Rosa Maria and my cream sauce wasodd . Very white , little flavor at all and it's what makes the dish . .we did notice that their was 1 waiter ( which he wasgreat seeing what was going on all around us ) = no staff ! There was 1 cook ...1 hostess . Finally by the time we were leavingwe saw a few others come in to help I really hope they can turn around because it used to be so much better than it'scompetitor . Service was really good. A Little slow (crowd wise), but good for a friend and me slightly before 5pm Monday. Please be aware of... the bread they serve. Perfect crust, dense dough, very soft and warm. Wanted to eat 5 loafs of it and not eat anything else,served with vinaigrette olive oil dip. Had the spighetti (angel hair) with meat balls. Very good. Also had breaded zucchini witha mixed dip, also very good. A little pricey about $60 for the two of us, 2 meals, appetizer and 2 soft drinks. The food was excellent!! The cost was surprisingly much less then anticipated. We went as a couple. We each ordered our own... appetizer and meals with drinks ( no alcohol), and totaled around $60 not including tip. Portion sizes were perfect! We went at6pm and only waited 10-15 minutes to be seated. They cut your wait time in half if you go online and add yourself to thewait-list before you go! I will definitely be back! The host was having a day is all I can say. The server he was cool. He made sure we got everything we needed. The reason why I... give 5 star is for the COOKS.
