Nice lunch, our food came to our table extremely fresh and hot. The cashier/manager was absolutely kind and helpful.
I just went through the drive-thru to order a third pound Angus burger. The burger tasted funny like it had been violated and... the young man at the window was not very friendly getting dirty looks while he did his job. Will never go to this or any otherCarl's Jr again. Pulled up and was told to wait a moment, no biggie! Totally understood?but then after 10 minutes I asked again politely ?Hello... is anyone there?? Drive thru guy says ?again, hold on? Would give 0 stars if I could. Picking up an order through the drive thru for Doordash. Waited close to 45 min to finally get to... the window and they didn't even have the order ready. After telling two different employees what the order included, was told topull around by the front and they would bring it out in 2 to 3 min. 15 min later, they have again forgotten about the order.Another 10 min went by and attempt made to call store but was hung up on after inquiring about the order. At least one employeeappeared under the influence. It was a disaster and food was never obtained. Read more
Ive had a great experience everytime. Abby is a very rare individual with supreme customer service skills and is a people... person, other than that. The food ive had from there is great!(but breakfast biscuit? Not so much) Read more
