This place on another trip to Vegas I WILL NEVER visit this place again. Very rude mgr or asst mgr that has no customer service... experience at all. The customers food was not to her liking and wanted a refund and the mgr spoke to her in an unprofessionalway and from a far. The customer proceeded to tell the mgr that she had over refunded her and the rude mgr (Hispanic female)refused to listen to her. The mgr was called out to help the cashier and did not greet us because she was on her phone onspeaker trying to pay her bill which was past due. Completed the call then listened to what her cashier had to say. She told thecustomer that she didn't know how to count, but she did not know how to count. She shotten het cashiers register by $5 andchange. I WILL NOT Recommend This place to no one. Cashier great job. Bun was cold and meat and sloppy. Grilled meat should behot!! ???? Very slow service. No one was there, I ordered 2 famous stars and they made me pull up and wait in the drive thru

I ordered a chocolate shake and a super Carl no special sauce, extra mayonnaise. My shake had little or no chocolate. I added... that when I got home, I open the burger loaded with special sauce. I take it back, and I kindly ask for a refund on my card, andthe guy tells me he can't help me till morning. I have to ask his manager to give my money back, and I said, I specifically toldyou that I wanted no special sauce, he told me, you didn't say that I said, it's on the receipt. I said it, so now this is thethird time I'm gonna have to drive back to that store just to get my money back for food that I was unable to eat. Read more
Let do a lil Pros and cons before I say my few words. Pros:- Delicious Charbroiled Burgers - Shakes are damn good -Open 24hrs... (drive thru only after 10pm) still not bad at all. Cons: - A bit on the expensive side in my opinion compared to some of theother guys. - Speed can be an issue as wait times tend to be longer than at other places. Read more
Carl's Jr is my favorite hands down! You can't compare it to burger king or McDonald's. The California burger is amazing and... really affordable, which is extremely helpful considering the situation at the moment. The fries are perfectly seasoned andcrunchy. Plus if your feeling like the sweet tooth is calling, then they have you covered with cookies, ice cream and cheesecake! Read more
How terrible the employees are and the manager must be the same. My daughter need to use the restroom before we ordered food and... they wouldn't let her use the restroom until I ordered something.! How unbelievable is that for Carl's Jr. Always saying anddoing the most for customer service this location is unbelievable and they wont answer the phone to ask how the manager is! Read more
