Do not order from this location. The employees are incompetent and careless. I made an online order, picked it up, and realized... the main entree I ordered was missing when I got home. I called the store to see what happened and they simply told me "Oh yeahwe don't have the sourdough for your burger". They didn't tell me ANYTHING at the drive-thru. They simply handed me half of myorder without apologizing or explaining anything. And they knew exactly who I was because they didn't even ask for an ordernumber or anything, they immediately knew what my order was when I called. When I asked for a refund they said they can't dorefunds for online orders. Great, so I'm just out $10 for a burger i never got. I even tried going online to try to get a refundand never got a response from Carls Jr. They simply do not care and will take your money anyway Read more
This was my second trip to this establishment. Place looks closed, parking lot is empty except few cars in the drive thru. I was... the only one in the dining room. Only two very slow employees and the food was cold. Read more
Stay away from this location, to begin with; the cashier at the drive through window talks very low, can't hear him at all and... his energy is draining not rude but just not cut out for the drive through. I ordered the Angus burger with just Lettuce andcheese and when I got it, it had everything so couldn't eat it, and then I ordered one fries and ended up giving me two and yeshe did charge both. For those who don't like union, tomatoes or mustard will understand. Now I understand why the place is dead. Read more

Before I begin my review of this horrible location, let me be perfectly clear; my expectation is very low considering minimum... wage employees are working here. The heavy set woman named Susana is extremely unprofessional. Her irritated breathing, rudehand gestures to wait, and complete disregard for customers in the store because the drive thru has a few vehicles in it isunacceptable. The ice machine is broken and Susana had no problems displaying her attitude when asked for a cup of ice from theback. The soda was flat and the floors and tables were filthy. It's not stretch at this point to say there is a lack ofemployees that care. There is one Hispanic gentleman that works there who is very polite and professional. I would highlydiscourage people to go inside as they're clearly fixated on their drive thru operations. I probably should have ordered myfood in the drive thru and then went inside.
