If I could rate this store any lower, I would. DO NOT COME HERE. Came to this location, and as a previous review stated, a... manager/worker stated that the $5 combo wasn?t an option. After I mentioned the photo they stated, ?we don?t have theingredients to make the food.? I left and decided to come back another day. I showed up to the drive thru at 12am (their closingtime states 2am), and the worker stated that they were closed and have always closed at 11pm.. I?m tired of coming here with ahuge false advertisement whether it?s food or operation hours. Read more

I go there often. They know me. They know their stuff. The women working there have kept that place running since the pandemic... and have done a great job, with short staff throughout. Always done right. Read more

What is it with Carl's places? They're always either too slow or not responding or who knows what else... Another location that... on 11/1/22 around 1230 am was open and had employees inside but nobody was respondent in the drive thru. This company is gettingworse and worse, they need to improve on their customer service end big time. Ended up going to McDonald's. They actually HADcustomers at this hour. Read more

I go to this Carl's Jr quite a bit tonight when I went through the drive-thru there's a huge poster in the window saying $5... combo. The manager that was taking my order at the drive-thru told me that there was no such thing and I explained to her thatis literally on the poster in the window she told me again that this is not something they offer. At this point I told her to goahead and just give me two regular famous stars with lettuce mayonnaise and cheese only. I had to repeat this three times andthen she told me no mayonnaise add tomato at this point I was over it after working a long day and said you know what I'll justgo somewhere else. Her reply was okay and left it at that. When I went into the restaurant to ask for a manager to tell her ofmy experience she said she was the manager. And she was on able to give me a corporate number or a website to go to for myconcerns she also told me that the sign was misleading but however there was no such combo and it wasn't her fault. Front counter help was asleep at the wheel. As in there was nobody manning it. And this was 2:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Star... burger featured a dry bun and cool patty. Unimpressed. Read more

Went there around 10:30 am Sunday and waited almost 30mins in the lobby for my order. Only 2 staff in the restaurant, cook and... front. They kept calling Management to say they need help and no one showed up. Staff was great but Management should beretrained. Read more

Went to the location at 11.10 pm on Thursday July 21 and placed an order for the food in the drive thru and sitting in the drive... thru for 10 minutes and still no service or any sign of service since there was a car ahead of me and not moved either. Had toback out and drive away. I thought I was in a fast food restaurant but I guess not. Service sucks in the night time and I wouldrecommend not going over there in the night time. Read more
