Both the employees were nice and gave good customer service, the wait was awhile for how slow it was but the workers apologized... and I didn't mind the wait, the issue was how much this meal cost and the quality of food. The frys were cold and mushy, seemslike they were smashed into the sleeve so they were all stuck together. My chicken sandwich was hot but the chicken was friedhard on the edges and had a bunch of hard and chewy pieces throughout it and the bread was soggy. I ended up throwing themajority of it away. I bought a breakfast combo from the Sahara and Nellis store the other day and had to immediately return it. I opened the... sandwich and there was some disgusting , slimey clear liquid rolling out of my sandwich off of the egg and onto the wrapper.It's hard to see in the photo but it was pretty runny and disgusting. It appeared to be uncooked egg and i wasn't in the mood torisk getting sick. I was appalled and will never go to the Sahara and Nellis location ever again. Read more
I just got back home with my food and my one of my fries are basically non existant who does that?? ???????? no they didn't... spill in the bag I checked and the other two fries are fine. Wish I would have checked at drive thru. It's like they ran out offries and were too lazy or unbothered to make more!! Maybe close earlier if you don't have employees willing to work. Poor customer service. Several customers were ignored at several points for unreasonable times while waiting to order. Casual... conversations between employees seemed to take priority over service. The floor was sticky and my food was placed near a dirtycleaning bucket on the counter. Read more
I like their happy hour slider burgers they're yummy lol.. Real simple two pieces of meat, cheese, ketchup, mustard and onions... for $1.25. Can't beat that for a quick bite. Read more
I went to buy a chicken sandwich on 11/23/2022 at 8:30 p.m., when I got home and opened the sandwich I saw a very small piece of... chicken they put in the sandwich. I took a picture and went back to Carl's Jr. on Saturday morning I showed the picture of thesandwich to the person at the register, she called the manager but manager was not able to attend the call and said she wouldcall back, waited over 15 minutes, manager never called, the person at the register stated I waited too long to let them knowand she didn't think they could replace the sandwich or give any credit.
