They are falsifying the time at the counter by making people park up front instead of trying to get the food out fast
First of all it is very clean with super friendly staff. Compared to other Carl's Jr. their foods are much tastier. I asked them... to do my fries well done (which I always ask) and surprisingly they did an awesome job which I never got from any of their otherstores in Las Vegas. Also as I have mentioned earlier this place is not only the cleanest but also less crowded. They have agood amount and spacious parking spots with easy entrance and exit from the main road. It has wheelchair access and tables. Theonly thing is it?s a bit away from the main Strip. But for me and my family you did very good job team ???????? Kudos.. Read more
Good food..usually fo late at night and the people are always nice
I'm here and it's 07/23/22 and at 3:20 pm I walked in and placed my order. I was ticket 37. There were only two people, myself... and a man waiting for his order. I stood in the area for 17 mins waiting for my order. The young girl in the front put my orderin the far end of counter, she never called my number or told me she put my order out. So I'm still standing there and she neverasked me why I'm still standing there. Then she left to go to lunch and the other young men asked me what was going on. Theyfound out my order has been sitting there for 15 mins so they gave me warm fresh fries. I won't be coming back here again. Read more
Here at the Drive thru 6/9/2022 @4:41 AM In the middle of making my Order with the guy in the Drive Thru. He seemed to... apparently be irritated at the fact that they are serving only sides and I had asked what the sides were. In the Middle of myOrder he gets frustrated then proceeded to ignore me for 5 minutes and then try to continue my Order. This is extremelydisrespectful and disgusting Customer Service practice but then again what else can you really expect here I guess. Read more

I wish I can give it 0 stars. Every time I go here something is missing well today my it's my fries. If I pay for a combo I want... every part of my order. I'm never going here again! I need someone to fix this. Read more
Workers were extremely friendly. The jalapeño burger was excellent. Bathroom was filthy.
