This sandwich shop is located inside of Boulder Station at the food court. They have different sizes of sandwiches, Italian,... turkey, and tuna, with some other specialty sandwiches. I ordered around 7.45pm and my order was sitting in the store for more than 30 mins before being picked up by doordash and it... was delivered @ 8.20pm and cheese steak sandwich missing and the chicken soup is missing.. i told the door dash driver and wecalled the location and the host OLO pick up and said they forget to put it in the bag and they said the chicken soup is notavailable... the sandwiches was cold and wasnt even prep properly..this the worst experience with capriottis .... poor driverwas told to go back for it and i said no need... i called door dash for refund.... I never got the chance to try any sandwich. The power went out for a few minutes after waiting 10 minutes after placing my... order. They walked around and after 15 more minutes they said they were waiting for maintenance to come and re start the grill.Of course ordered the Wagu cheesesteak sandwich. They offered me a cold sandwich if I didn't want to wait any longer. They werenot prepared and still continued to take orders. There were about 5 other people and me and my friend waiting that alreadyordered and paid. I decided on a refund. Read more
