The subs weren't got aren't as good as I remember. I gave a few bucks tip not even a thank you. Homeless people outside asking... for money didn't help the ambience either. I won't be going back. Read more

I ordered here yesterday and the service and staff was amazing. The cashier who took my order was super helpful and kind... mannered. She also made an amazing cheesesteak just the way I like it, I believe she said her name was Tesh. Excellentexperience all around! Read more

Please do not go to this location. My family and I were basically told to leave as soon as we walked in the door just by... everybody's looks on their face. I got such a bad vibe that I didn't want my kids to see that that's how we treat people in thisworld. Then we told them that we are going to go but will be back another time. The girl working there Mumbled "don't bother".Please do not take your family or your kids here or anybody that has any kind of morals and value, please read the reviews withlow Stars they are correct And another note went into Black Bear diner and got excellent customer service. Glad I didn't spendmy money here. Read more

Okay place for a cheesesteak and the Bobby is kind of legendary, but the new roast beef isn't as good as the old stuff (and... costs more) and the Italian sandwich is done better at a port of subs. The staff at the location are pretty cool. Read more

I ordered three 18? sandwiches for just under $80 last night. I remember I used to get overflowing, plump sandwiches for $15... each. I went to pick them up and they told me they didn?t have meat to make one of them. So I got another Bobbie. Thesesandwiches had a ton of paper wrapped around them, very light in weight, and when we opened the many layers of butcher block,we were surprised to see a giant bun with a little bit of turkey and trimmings peeking out of the bun. These sandwiches costbetween $22 and $25 each now and are hardly a sandwich like I used to get. We ordered a pizza after the sandwiches only went sofar. Times have changed but value has plummeted. Gonna be awhile before we splurge again on buns and stuffing. Read more

We usually go to this location all the time. Always a nice short young lady with a tattoo on her arm who helps us. Very... friendly. She was not there this time. Two employees there, and zero customers. One was taking out the trash as we walked inwith facial hair. The other employee probably in high school or just out of it asked us how he could help. My son ordered a HotHam Sandwich as he has gotten it before at this location many times. The employee said they don't have a hot ham sandwich. Onlya cold one. I asked him well can't you cook his ham on the grill to make it a hot ham sandwich. His response was simply,"No." I don't understand this mentality. You could have charged extra if it was that big of an inconvenience to cook a fewslices of ham on your flat grill which your employees have done countless times in the past. There was no customers at all toserve, and you lost another one today. Our $35 in revenue and $5 tip that I always tip so you can yell out to the whole staffand they respond back was happily put into Firehouse Subs register and employees pockets. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE andLAZINESS Read more
