I just went and I'm a still in the middle of my sandwich. They were in the middle of a lunch rush and the guy taking the orders... was dealing with 2 phones and multiple people asking questions and he remained so calm and collected. Finishing all thequestions and both phone orders without sounding frustrated or anything! Then right away moved on to taking my order and wasvery kind and calm asking me what he needed to know and said perfect it will be done in 4 minutes! He wasn't lying. Insane prices.. does not really equate for their food. Their Caprastrami was ok. I'm a native new yorker and use to work in a... deli during my highschool and college years - so I'm picky.. Pastrami on Rye w/Melted Swiss with Coleslaw, Mustard on a RyeBread is the way to go. Read more

I love capriottis but we had a terrible experience at this location. We ordered a grilled Italian. in the pictures (and other... locations) you should receive a sandwich with full slices of meat. The sandwich came with all the meats chopped into littlebits. They also seemed much lighter than other capriottis. The other issue was the sandwich had no flavor.
