Reviews for Capriotti's Sandwich Shop in Las Vegas, NV
Unbelievably good! I found this shop while visiting their neighbor, CVS. Starving at midnight, I just wanted a quick, satisfying... bite. As someone who strives to eat plant based, I was elated to see a vegetarian section on their menu board. Not just ordinary?veggie? fare, Capriotti?s listed creative plant based cheese ?steak? and ?turkey?. I ordered a small ?Cole?, no mayo, Russiandressing on the side. I wasn?t ready to order the $19.99 large. The friendly sandwich maker helped me, as if I was his sister, and granted my wish of spicy peppers on the side. He handed me my delicious sandwich with a warm smile, then he returned tocreating more, as I left the store happy with my experience. After a 20 minute journey back to my hotel, the sandwich traveledwell, carefully wrapped in plain newspaper style paper & their store?s wax paper. I?m glad I asked for no mayo and the RussianOTS. The crunchy coleslaw adds enough dressing to perfectly flavor the ?turkey? & French bread. The bread tastes fresh & holdsthe fillings well. As it was late, I wasn?t expecting much. The sandwich maker was a super star and deserves specialrecognition. Constructive criticism: the person who took my order didn?t try to upsell me. No mention of adding a drink or sidewas used. Since I was starving, I probably would have added more to my order had he persuaded me. Now I regret only getting asmall sandwich. Btw, the peppers are HOT! I was expecting Subway?s soggy, boring peppers, but Capriotti?s peppers are kickingmy face in a good way. Read more
I placed an order from capriottis at this specific location, when I arrived home I saw hair in my food. When I reached out to... the store they disclaimed they couldn?t fix my issue due to the manager not being on-site, and that they could only replace thesandwich. Employee disclaimed that they needed ?proof? and claimed that the issue could not be believable without returning thesandwich and her seeing the hair. I offer to send her picture. This location is by where I work, which is across town. Sherefused to fix the issue and instead escalated the issue. The whole experience was disgusting and their attitude was horrible Read more
Flavors were just okay. Kind of dry bread and sad-looking sandwiches. Not as good as it used to be.
My Impossible philly steak was the bomb...however my husband ordered the large Turkey...when he saw that it was a dry sandwich... he returned from the parking lot and asked for sub dressing and the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. She told himwe don't have sub dressing and handed him 3 packs of mayonnaise and sent him on his way. You can literally make a wet dressingeven if its oil and vinegar Beloved. Try to be a little accommodating not to revise the menu but a solution. Read more

My partner and I took all 18 inches!!! Go big or go home, right? ??????????????? this place doesn?t ever fail to deliver, and we... now make it a point to stop here every time we visit Vegas. The sub sizes are HUGE and plentiful - the 18 incher is a challengeto swallow ???? - and everything we?ve tried on every visit has always been so tasty. The Capastrami is our favorite hands down! You can get an 18" Cheesesteak at this chain restaurant. Yes, in this case, size does matter. Lol, I think it's a pretty decent... chain when you want to get your cheesesteak fix. They have classic beef and chicken, turkey, and veggie options. Pretty muchchoose your base and turn it into a cheesesteak! The 18" is great for sharing with one or two others. Good for late nightsnacking! This particular location is opened up late (3 am on weekends and 1 am weekdays). So, definitely hit it up if you'reneed it! Read more
The Bobbie sandwich is to die for. Our family really enjoyed our meals and we had no complaints.
