I picked up my online order and went straight to my parents house without checking the sandwich. My dad is a vegetarian so it... really mattered to me that his sandwich was "as ordered" and IT WAS! So I unwrapped my sandwich that was supposed to be tunawith no onions, extra cheese, add mustard, add pickles & extra mayo, along with the usual lettuce, tomato & seasoning. When Ilooked, I only had bread and tuna. My mom decided to drive me back to the shop. When I told Zach my issue, he made the sandwichthat I originally ordered and apologized genuinely for the mistake.
