Called the store literally 30 times and was hung up on or ignored every time. The 4 times someone actually picked up they... screamed CAPRIOTTIS then when I said I wanted to place an order for pickup they hung up on me. I started calling at 6pm; as Imentioned earlier I called 30 times. The last time when a lady answered and didn't immediately hang up on me she told me theyclose at 7 on Sundays (which it does not say online but even so) so they couldn't take my order since it was 6:50. Well maybethey could have answered the phone when I first started calling instead of being lazy and not wanting to make one more sandwichbefore their shift ended. The date is 11/20/22 and employees at this location have absolutely terrible customer service. Don'twaste your time on this location. Read more

Food was great, but the service was spectacular. Ken was a one man show and killed it. Great personality and worked as quick as... he could. Making sandwiches, taking orders, answering the phone, and cleaning the dining area. Read more

This was my favorite Capriotti?s, but it has gone downhill. A 40 minute wait for two sandwiches, one of which was made... incorrectly. Staff members were repeatedly asking us (and multiple other guests) what we were still waiting for, while otherswho came in after us and ordered at the counter had their orders in 5-10 minutes. The staff were very kind, but there appears tobe significant challenges in training and communication at this location. Read more

Great food and even better customer service! Made us feel very welcome, appreciated and very full. I had the Wagyu Cheesesteak,... got a large and it was big enough to share with 3 people, me and 2 of my daughters. My wife got the Bobbie, Wagyu and Bleu, andwe got a cup of the tomato bisque. Everything was great and fairly priced. All 5 of left full and satisfied for a little over$40! But the customer service is what we loved the most! Sorry, forgot the photos! Read more

Not all sandwiches are available at this location. Was looking forward to my usual CRAN SLAM SUB but evidently this store... doesn't have all the Sammy's on the website menu I ordered the Turkey Sub , it did have tomatoes but I gave them away to my bfsince I specifically asked for NO TOMATOES. Overall, Terrible sandwich , iceberg -nutrionless-lettuce, fixings are minimal -only lettuce tomato avail , & service is SLOW Read more

Ate here twice during our week long visit, once as a cold packed lunch as part of a bus tour and once delivered fresh to our... hotel. Obviously enjoyed the lunch and decided to order again for dinner one night. Delivery was about 8 minutes faster thanadvertised which was nice. Both subs made as ordered and delicious. I was mostly shocked by the value. I ordered the half sub,half salad combo for $13. The salad was massive (picture includes my hand for scale). Honestly think I would have paid more fora sub and salad this size at Subway. The lettuce in the salad was so fresh. Really glad we went back! Read more

I'm so over this place. Twice I tried ordering and twice I had to get a refund via door dash for them preparing the order wrong.... The first time I order a simple sandwich no mayo and after waiting an hour for delivery what I got had all of their additionaloptions on it. Drenched in oil, vinegar, pepper and even the mayo I checked "no" on. I think they put the wrong sandwich in thebag because we double checked and I didn't accidently check the box for any of those add-ons. I called to politely complain andshe apologized and said they'd read the instructions better. Well they didn't because this time the instructions were simpleagain ,"no mayo" was checked but after waiting again what did I get but a sandwich slopped in mayo of course. Got my money backand I hate to do that but it's really your employee's fault for not paying attention. They're costing you money and futurebusiness by not being more careful. Read more
