We love Capriotti's! They are always good and fast.

Purchased takeout. Med Wagu Cheese steak. Excellent sandwich.

Ordered a half sub and soup with chips and drinks via uber eats. Only half the order arrives (missing drink and chips). Ok,... mistakes happen, I think. I call the location and tell a lady only half the order was delivered. The woman apologizes thensuggests I should call back later for their manager. First red flag - asking the customer to jump through additional hoops toget rightful refund. I say I don't wanna have to take further time and effort to chase down my refund so I ask if they can callME back. Lady is resistant to that for some reason. Finally I offer my number and ask for the lady's first name, to which sheresponds "I don't want to give you that." Seriously? What kind of shady operation are they running... Finally she says hername is "Elizabeth" and assures me a manager will be calling back in 15 minutes. I doubt it. If the manager calls back andmakes it right, I'll upgrade this review by 1 or 2 stars. Went here last night around 7pm !!!! Now I?m sick my sandwich was not made right!!! I ask for steak got chicken !!! And on top... that I was asking bout what size sub do you need get to get free kid grilled cheese the guy look at me explain to me what agrilled cheese was ummm I know what a grilled cheese was that was not my question! Then I order another kid meal that you payfor and he look at me like you got grilled cheese um I have two kids it?s just my toddler don?t eat so I got the grilled cheesefor him kid meal for daughter! Plus the calm chowder my husband was super fishy smell !!!! Plusn no straws were stock they couldbeen cleaning and stocking till they got customers there were no one when I came they were just sitting there talking! I got a medium classic Italian sub.It was a decent sub.It didn't come with oil and vinegar that I could taste and that is very... important to me on any Italian sub.But minus that it wasn't a bad sandwich.Also, echoing another review is that I did notice thefloor was sticky.Might want to address that. Nice place. Pretty fast. I had the chicken Philly sandwich and it was great. One customer complained about the turkey having... dark meat.
