Came over here after I had my car serviced at the Hyundai of Las Vegas. I bought a small Bobbie and a small Capastrami. Both... sandwiches came out fast and good. The employees were also very nice and the interior was clean. I will stop by here again ifI'm ever near the area. Read more

Employees won't take their earbuds out long enough to take your order. EVERY sentence I said was met with an annoyed "HUH?!?"... because she could not hear me, then she got mad at me when my order was completely wrong. Read more

First they mess my moms order up and put onions and seasoning on it when she specifically asked for none called them and they... found her order told her she was right and they would give her a free replacement but it's to late to go back she had to eatsomething at home. Then me and my dads sandwich didnt even have enough meat to fill the bread we each got the 18 inch and wefinished it which we shouldn't be able to. 71.00 order pretty disappointed will hit Cheyenne location next time have had plentybad experiences here. This was not a very good (more or less awkward) experience I had with this restaurant. I made an order online for The Bobbie... sandwich because I really wanted it super bad! The ordering process was a breeze, and then I went to go pick it up. I went into grab it, the gentleman in the front (whom I can't identify) was not able to locate my order for a moment. I told him what Iordered, and the information on the order. Then after rummaging through the fridge, he pulled out a sandwich, had me sign areceipt and I was on my way. And then it was all good. Or so I thought. I get to my destination, open a sandwich and Oh Snap! It's not a Bobbie! I called the store 15 minutes after picking up the sandwich and spoke to someone named Randall, (probably thesame person I picked up from). I told him I had gotten the wrong sandwich and I asked if I can come back to the store toexchange it. He said, "Uhh you would have to come back tomorrow because we ran out of bread." I was quite dumbfounded becauseyou would think they would have a decent supply of bread? Since I couldn't get an exchange, I asked for a refund of the sandwichinstead. He hesitated on the phone and then asked me again what was wrong with the sandwich. I told him once again it was notThe Bobbie and it was something totally different; only similarity was MAYBE the meat. He then just told me he issued therefund, and the call ended. The refund was issued almost instantly, so I am glad the individual I spoke to honored that.Normally I am not pushy on getting an exchange/refund request, but mind you, The Bobbie is one of the more "Premium Items",which carries a higher price tag, so I wanted to make sure I didn't get screwed over. Thankfully that was not the case here.Regrettably, the people I interacted with throughout the ordeal did not seem to be very accommodating; and I am still bewilderedby the fact they "ran out of bread". If there is an issue with inventory, that should be something management needs Read more
