Usually love capriotti?s so was super disappointed in the service at this one. Waited 20 minutes for our sandwiches only to have... to ask to find out the staff didn?t know where they were and that they had been left in a corner?. Meanwhile staff is visitingwith friends(a presumed off work employee in his pajamas) and hanging out, wrestling in the back and one of them(the one who wasin his pajamas) had their shirt off around the food as he also helped himself to the food in the back!
