My in-laws came to town and we decided to stop here for a sandwich. There were 4 people in our group 3 of them all got food... poisoning I was the only one who didn?t eat there ( due to celiac I cannot) I ate someplace else. I was fine. In the Aliante Casino. Terrible service. Friday my sandwich was wrong. I ordered a cheese sub add mushrooms and pepper relish.... No mushrooms and no pepper relish and the guy was going to charge me for a cheesesteak. Today Sunday I order a cheese sub addmushrooms and pepper relish. I bring it home to eat and the sub has no lettuce, onions and tomatoes. Sub has cheese andmushrooms and pepper relish with mustard only. I never eat mustard! I called the place and Luciana said she was the manager andshe could make another one for me so I asked her is someone going to bring it to me as I was home already. She said she made itthe way I asked her. So I said does a cheese sub come with lettuce onions and tomatoes and she said yes, so why was it not onthe sandwich cos I asked for a cheese sub with mushrooms and pepper relish. I also explained to her that I don?t eat mustard andwhy did she put that on it. She was very rude! I don?t think I?ll be going there again unless I watch them make it. She shouldnot be in a managerial position cos she does not know how to treat her customers that are disgruntled! Read more

I just ordered 2 steak sandwiches 1 with everything and 1 without mushrooms, guess what my sandwich had mushrooms on it and they... marked the bag no mushrooms, it took along time to get my food which I find strange because they only had 1 other customer inthe dining area and 7-8 workers. I ordered a steak sandwich and the time of arrival was to be at 4:18 I arrived at 4:15 called into the restaurant for curbside... delivery and was told by the representative that they were coming out with the sandwich and was forgotten about did not receivemy sandwich till 440 and thats because I had to call a second time to get the sandwich and it was cold.:.Buyer beware. Great food, but maybe the slowest service I have ever encountered. These two guys have no idea what they are doing. Store is... undetstaffed for the location. I've been waiting 40 minutes for 4 sandwiches. Don't go here if you have someplace else to be ona schedule! Read more

Service is pretty good. When the Manager is in, if the service is too slow he will give you a card to come back for a small... meal. That was really nice. I didn't even complain because they were kinda busy! This place is clean! The bathroom spotless evenwhile it is busy!! Great job guys! Read more
