I do not like writing negative reviews but I have to review this. I went to this establishment at around 7:40 pm. The google... results stated the restaurant didn?t close until 9 pm. Good customer service only reason for the three stars. I?ve come to this location and ordered via the app numerous time. There... always seems to be an issue with a meatball subs they are always running out of them. 80-85% they never have any and it wouldbe a 30 min wait for them to make fresh ones. We ate at the boulderstation casino food court. This is the first and last time we eat there. We ordered Large wagyu roastbeef.... Host said he was sorry but they didn?t have large buns and told us we can have 2 med sandwiches. So we got the 2 med thinkingthat he was going to charge us for the Lg inst he charged us for the 2 med sandwiches. He mislead us. And I ordered a largedrink. They didn't have any hot sandwiches because their hot fan wasn't working so I couldn't get the sandwich I wanted. They also had... the food inspector there, so I'm not sure what was going on. The employees were very nice and pleasant, but I don't know if I'llgo back there for a while if I can't choose from the whole menu.
