We could not get anyone to answer the phone so we drove to the Southern Highlands location and physically wrote down the order... and went over it with the young lady behind the counter. We gave them 2 hours to prepare the order. We pick up at the time wedesignated. They handed me the 3 bags of sandwiches that was $100+ dollars and nothing on the order was correct when we got ithome. I live in Southern Highlands and hardly ever go here. If you are in the area, I highly recommend taking your business to either... of the 2 nearest Cappriotti's locations (Blue Diamond/Decatur or LV BLVD/Silverado). Both of these stores, although slightlyfather, are far superior in terms of food quality, service and cleanliness! The location in Southern Highlands is in DESPERATEneed of help, making my family and I regret the choice not to go the extra mile down the road each and every time. Made themistake of giving them another chance recently and my Wagyu Cheesesteak was SOAKED with grease that ran right through the 2wrappers leaving the bag (and all other sandwiches inside) dripping in grease.. I pick up multiple sandwiches from this location at least 4+ times a month. I've never been disappointed with the quality. Every... sandwich that I've gotten here has been great and consistent. This time the order was a large pickup order it was fresh andready when I arrived to pick it up. Just had an amazing experience at Capriotti's thanks to manager Treyshaun! He made us feel so at home and was great with our... kids. He changed the TV channels so the kids would have something fun to watch while we waited. He's hilarious and made ourlunch so fun! Not to mention the food his staff made was delicious! I generally really like Capriotti's. It was a great benefit of moving to Las Vegas to have such a great local chain.... Unfortunately, after a year and a half of living here and having eaten a lot of sandwiches at the two locations closest to myhouse, this one just hit wrong. I ordered double meat and I'm fairly certain that I did not get this even though I paid for it.The restaurant was fine and the workers helpful but I think I may have been given double cheese rather than double meat and itkind of upset my stomach. I still love Capriotti's but I'll probably avoid this location going forward. Read more
