Love the Bobbie and Cappistromi. But found a new favorite. Waygu cheesesteak sandwich with the gold sauce. Doesn't automatically... come with peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc. so you need to add those. Food is great. The restaurant is a little unkempt. Read more

Our family orders from Capriotti's about once a week. We stopped going to this location because it is corporate owned and poorly... managed. The sandwiches are inconsistent and the location is often dirty. We have had really bad sandwiches delivered from heremore than once. We now only use the Red Rock Casino location and have it delivered. Today I went online, as usual, and put in myorder...careful to say "delivery." I have an account so it all just comes right up. Somewhere in their site it took it uponitself to switch the location and to pickup. After being 30 min. late I looked for the email receipt and it said pickup. Upset,I went over to the casino only to find out it ALSO switched the location and there was no order for me there. I drive over todowntown Summerlin and there it was sitting on the counter for 1.5 hours!! No one there even thought to call, text or email whenthe order was spoiling on the counter. The guy simply gave me the bag, which at this point was soaked with grease. As soon as Iturned to leave the bag ripped open from the grease and three sandwiches hit the floor. To be honest, based on previousexperiences there, I didn't expect anyone working there to care and they did not let me down. I left frustrated and ended upthrowing away over $50 worth of food. Like an idiot I also tipped my usual 15% for the driver. Knowing that it went to the kidsworking there, you might think that would have been motivation enough to take better care of the customer....NOPE! This was myvery last visit to ANY Capriotti's. Maybe they will eventually get themselves together, but growth seems to be their onlyconcern. Read more

2-13-21 Prices seem higher.They got our order wrong and ended up having to remake sandwich. Great sandwiches. I had the... Capistrami. Nice and clean. Not crowded, even at lunch time. Read more

The people they hire are rude and will not interact with you with proper customer service. The tables are also not being cleaned... for Covid. I also noticed they don't write which sandwich is which so it's a little frustrating that you have to open all thesandwiches first to know. I'd rather drive to another location, especially as much as we eat here. Read more

Fast and friendly service, but the sandwiches we tried were mediocre. - Classic Cheese Steak - Just okay, not very flavorful.... It tastes like it?s missing an ingredient... - The Bobbie - Again, just okay. Too much cranberry sauce. Definitely prefer Earlof Sandwich?s Holiday Turkey over this one. One of the best places to get a sandwich. Cold or hot, they've got you covered and even the clam chowder was amazing. The Bobbie... is legendary, as is the Capastrami, but even traditional choices like cheese steak or Turkey are always delicious. Read more
