It's one of the best places to get a salad in Las Vegas. Having said that my last 2 visits have been less than desirable. I was... the only one in line and waited 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me..Not even we will be right with you..They were so consumedwith online orders. I just walked out. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich without tofu and asked for extra lettuce and tomato for a substitute for no protein. I was told... it would be a $3.00 upcharge. When I got my order, 1 half of my sandwich had 1 tomato slice , 1 cucumber slice and lettuce. Theother half had 1 avocado chunk and 1 tomato slice and 1 cucumber slice. How in the world can you charge a customer for asandwich that is so poorly made. I visited Zupas on Craig road for the first time and my sandwich was made to perfection and thecustomer service was awesome! The cashier was very rude, because I had a coupon and she was clueless on how to input it in thesystem. After getting assistance from 5 different employees, I was told this coupon is only valid for drive through orders. Thiswas my first and last time visiting this location. Read more
I really like Cafe Zupas and their healthy food. It's not just like every other fast food type of place. Really enjoy the... menu, perfect selections of various freshly mixed salads, fresh soups, and made to order delicious sandwiches. Fresh anddelicious food served by very friendly people. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. They use fresh ingredients and itmakes the difference, plus it's pretty inexpensive for the quality that you get. Also the chocolate covered strawberry that itcomes with every meal, it is wonderful. We eat here all the time . The food is always amazing. Highly recommended! Read more
I was excited to eat here today because it?s always been one of my favorite places. We haven?t eaten here in a long time... because we?ve noticed that they?ve started skimping on the salads. Especially on the meat. First picture shows a LARGE Cobbsalad. As you can see, you can barely see any meat on it. So I decided today I would spend the extra $2 for an additionalportion of Chicken. Picture 2 and 3 are of the extra portion. That?s a 4 oz cup and it?s not even half way full, so I?d say Ipaid $2 for maybe an ounce of chicken. Completely disappointed. First time here. Ordered the sandwich/soup combo. Ordered the turkey bacon avocado on wheat. Yummy. And the clam chowder. Kinda... runny but ok. Came with a chocolate dipped strawberry and a piece of bread. All packaged very nicely! Will be back! Read more
Didn't realize that Zupas is a chain, but it operates like a small mom and pops restaurant. The restaurant was bright and ... clean, the food was fresh and tasty and the workers were all so friendly and happy. The salad was tasty and the sandwich wasdelicious. They even give you a free chocolate covered strawberry ????as a desert! Nice touch Zupas! Read more
Second time here... Food was good as expected. ?? They seem to be pretty backed up and possibly need more staff. It's really... hard to know if it was just a jumbled time or if it's always like that. The poor girls seems overwhelmed and scattered. Theywere very patient and knowledgeable and very nice.... Just they seemed stressed. But we will be back. I loved they hadvegetarian options for my complicated 12 yr old who's newly vegetarian. ???? Read more
