Please train your cashiers in how to be efficient and fast. Waited in line for 10min after my food was ready. We arrived Sunday afternoon. Nobody addressed us when we arrived. After standing there for 15 minutes finally someone said we... will be right with you. They then proceeded to make orders for some carry out. We waited another 10 minutes ish. When acustomer comes in you address them and help them. Nice location overall. Food was great (forgot to take a photo of food lol.) and it wasn?t to busy. Staff all seemed to be... working but service was still pretty slow so I could see people getting frustrated. Maybe understaffed? Not sure. Guy that made my burrito was very hard to understand and when I told him I wanted a barbacoa burrito he looked completely... confused, he served himself a sample of meat and went to the back of the kitchen to taste it. He couldve grabbed the meatdirectly with his fingers and put it in his mouth, I doubt he put on new gloves after. That made me disgusted and I didnt eveneat the food. Anyway he went back and said that someone put the meat in the wrong place. How could he not know which one iswhich when theres only like 4 options of meat? He also didn't ask me what sauce I wanted luckily he put the one I wanted anyway.He was in such a hurry for some reason even though I was the only customer in there, it was right at opening time. It could'vebeen his first day at work but either way there's no excuse, he couldve just asked a coworker what meat was what and he could'veslowed the f down. I will not be going back. Read more
Phone systems sends you through a loop and when you do finally speak with someone they are rude. Maybe pay your employees more... or keep your restaurants properly staffed. Poor experience on a 200$+ catering order. This is very upsetting. Read more
Food is ok. They give you way more at chipotle for a cheaper price. I asked for limes and she gave me this ... the smallest one... she could find I?m sure. It?s all gone .. and I?m still hungry. Gee I wonder why smh. The lady at the register was nice but thepeople on the line need to work on their customer service. It doesn?t hurt to be nice to someone. Read more
This was my first time here, and I was hoping to score a nice cheap "taco Tuesday"-type meal, but unfortunately the deals... mentioned online are only applied to the California locations?? Regardless, this place was packed during lunch and rightfullyso! It's fun to see the tortillas being made in front of you, and you have plenty of options to choose from. It doesn't seemlike they are staffed enough because it took me 30 minutes to get my food made; there's only one guy handling the meat, and onegirl handling the vegetable toppings, and they were both completely slammed. I feel sorry for them, but this appears to be amanagement issue and land normally I wouldn't care, but it took way too long to get my food for a self-service type designwhereas I probably could have gone in and out of a typical sit-down restaurant for lunch instead. The portions are huge, and youget what you pay for it because the prices are on the higher side that compared to another typical fast-food place. But at theend the day, if you want a burrito then I'd say save on the time and caused by going to Chipotle! Read more
The idea of build your own plate is unique and normally turns out good. But this time the food was not great, there were barely... any chicken in both the tacos and enchiladas. The restaurant was slow but the tables were not clean. And the trash was full. Too expensive for the value. Read more
