First of all if I could give you Jo start I would I specifically asked for some items to be taken off my burger because I?m... ALLERGIC and I get my food guess what it has to imagoes and ketchup. If you wouldn?t have been rushing me and telling me this isa corporation and actually payed attention to what I said you would have put me in danger I get it some people don?t like thingsbut I said I was allergic and you could care less cause you just wanted to get cars in and out. My whole order was cold and when I went back I got nothing but attitude! All they did was re wrapped my burger and gave me all... the bits of fries from the bottom of the basket. Horrible Experience and NEVER AGAIN will I go there! My burger looks NOTHINGwhat BK advertise! Read more
It says in google this location closes at 9pm. We were there at 8:30. The place was closed and the manager over the window was... telling us it?s closed. It didn?t make sense because it?s mentioned on the door it closes at 9. We went to the drive thru?theyrefuse to take our order, they guy there was nice but the manager refused to serve us. When we said it?s supposed to close at 9he says: we close the lobby at 8 so we clean for the next hour to close at 9!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more
I had to use my own cheese at home to make a DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER because these people apparently don?t know what a double cheese... burger is? The specials on the menu were also not correct as I was told those specials weren?t correct despite them being on themenu. Get it together people. Read more
I had got a double sausage croissant breakfast sandwich, the sausage was burnt and tasted cold, the egg tasted cold, probaly had... the sandwich sitting for a while. The hashbrown were hard and old, Super crunchy... Always a hit or miss. Read more
We ordered two chicken sandwiches and one was nearly perfect while the other one was terrible. The terrible one was overcooked... chicken fat and gristle dipped in breading and cooked.
