The dining room of this Burger King is consistently closed in the middle of the day. I order ahead in the app, which gives you... the option to indicate dine-in, and then doesn't say the dining room is closed. I had to request a refund so many times, theyfinally refused to give me one on my last order. I won't be going to ANY Burger King again. No, don't bother contacting me,thanks. Read more
We got take out from here for our kids after leaving the pumpkin patch on Saturday. My oldest son vomited all day yesterday... following this meal. He had the worst case of food poisoning that I have seen in a child and watching him so sick broke myheart. He even struggled keeping liquids down. Luckily our youngest child was not very hungry and hardly touched his meal. Ouroldest decided to have what he didn't want and unfortunately got very sick. We did get our money back from our meal and have afree meal in the books with this location for the future however after seeing how sick my child was, We may never visit a BurgerKing again. Especially considering that management even told us that their late night crew has been getting many complaints forgiving others old food and getting them sick. Just got this sausage burrito jr from BK, what's with the 1/2 sausage patty? Don't I get a whole one?!
Service was ok Food was good fresh hot fries were the play burger wasn?t cold and good. Nuggs was burnt or recooked But with... the Coca Cola machine that had fully operationally choices all flavors and drinks were ready. I posted a review of this particular location in the past about it being dark at night and not being able to tell if it was open... for business or not because of the lack of lighting at night. Since then, they have remodeled the whole location! They gave itbetter lighting and everything. Looks good now. No complaints Read more
With nobody being in the restaurant or in drive thru at the time I went, they still managed to screw up my order. I called... several times and no one answered, I finally had to drive there in person and the doors were locked (I went around 10:00 a.m.).They made me go through the drive thru and when I told them my order was wrong they wanted to give me the same cold food I hadgiven them. There were no napkins or utensils in the bag, and no butter or syrup for my breakfast meal. The worst of all I wasnot even offered an apology for the inconvenience. Horrible service. Read more
Absolutely the worst Burger King in Vegas. So I ordered a Spicy Ch'King. Got my sandwich, turned out it was a regular chicken... sandwich. I went around the drive through again. The worker at the window told me "They discontinued the spicy sauce for a longtime (that's used to cover all of the chicken) and we just a different sauce as a topping." I figured "ok, sure". Came in todayto order the Spicy again....and....It's covered in Spicy sauce. The cashier LIED. Their laziness has resulted in NEVER comingthis spot again. DONT COME HERE.
