Luz is the district manager & she does not know how to talk to customers in a professional manner. Rude & combative. It only... makes sense that none of the staff respect the customers that come into their store. She (Luz) has created an atmosphere at thisBurger King to where her employees feel that WE need THEM & not the other way around. The store is always dirty even when she(Luz) is there. Managers & other employees are rude to customers when she?s (Luz) is there. Food is cold or old & still beingserved while she?s (Luz) there. Not sure who the lady is working the window at 9:45 AM on September 9th but she?ll be the reason I don?t come back. How is it... that I verified at the box when ordering I wanted a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but it kept saying the term ?cros.? on thescreen. She said yeah I have the bacon egg and cheese. I told her that it?s to be a biscuit not the croissant that it?s showingon the screen. So I pay and then I check my bag before I leave the window and of course it?s a croissant. I asked for thecorrect sandwich and didn?t make a huge deal about it and handed it back to her. I heard her huff and puff and slam the windowshut. Mind you I?m not mentioning that she already sounds rude when ordering and she has no type of welcoming tone or attitudeto begin with. If you hate your job that much quit! Took 25 minutes to get thru the drive up. I get to the window wait 5 minutes or more for her to hand me a bag that was sitting... there the entire time. Didn't get lettuce or tomatoes on my bacon sandwich. Got one small piece of bacon. Worst Burger King Ihave ever been to. Read more
Pretty sure they're giving people who order the impossible burger real meat. Would not recommend going here for anyone who can't... actually stomach real meat. Not to mention they're kind of ghetto with the manager hanging outside with her friends smokingwhile there's a long line at the drive thru. Read more
The slowest drive through that I have ever experienced in my entire life was at least 70% more efficient than Burger King at... their Pecos & E, Tropicana location.. The 35 minute slow crawl from the ordering intercom to the serving window was somewhat ofa disappointment to start our fast food dining experience, And as expected, All four Burgers stood up to scrutiny with nocomplaint whatsoever, However my French fries were Well ,Aged, Stale, Hard and Luke Warm and not the best fries that I've evertasted, But please take into consideration the fact that I am being highly complimentary at the moment, So I find myself atliberty to divulge that I have visited this very same restaurant on a number of occasions in the past, And the utterdisappointment that we was subjected to on our last visit, was a total contrast and will hopefully return to their previousability to provide a satisfactory standard of service and food that reflects that it was served by staff who care about thecustomers viewpoint being no less than Good value for the money ! I bought my whopper combos and a chicking sandwich the chicking was nothing but breading and it wasn't fully cooked, they made... ky driver wait for more than 20 minutes in line, she called super sad and overwhelmed because this also affects her ratings, myfood wasn't even fresh and the drinks were watered down, and I enjoy the carbonation in my drinks a lot so watered down sodawasn't good in my part, also my side of Buffalo and ranch wasn't even in my bag as I ordered. Every Burger King I try to support lets me down every single time. It's very odd how they all have the same things in common... like how filthy the restaurant is, how loud and obnoxious the staff is, how gross the food is prepared, how gross the food tastemainly because it's old and when you ask for it fresh it's a giver take deal so I ask for a fresh out the grease club chickensandwich. The chicken was out the grease and the lettuce was so old it was brown slimy and I take it back to her then she showedme the bucket of lettuce and said it's all the same so instead of making me a new sandwich I get a box given to me with youguessed it more disgusting lettuce. I tried to eat in but there were so many gnats that I felt like they were eating my foodfaster than I was it's very disappointing and I hope that they fix it but I've made many many reviews on many different BurgerKings and nothing has changed Read more
