Good hot fresh hamburger and French fries. Soda dispenser with ice. The hamburger tasted real good. The fries were Hot.
Horrible... front counter area is filthy, very slow service inspite of there being only 1 other person ordering, and they still... screwed up my order even after confirming it twice. Soda machine is mostly out of order and filthy and fries must have beensitting there for at least 6 hours. Burger King isn't great to start with, but this is the worst one I've ever experienced. What a joke. It took a half hour from when I got in line to get our food. Who thought a kiosk only ordering process was a good... idea? It shouldn?t take 4 minutes to place your order (I timed it seeing that I had so much time on my hands). Get someone onthe register and speed things up. After I finally placed my order I had to wait for a while as well. How can they not keepup? This is an airport, don?t go out of your way to slow things down. This whole process should take no more than 10 minutestops. Get your act together or do everyone a favor and get out of the airport. Read more
Terribly slow and inefficient service. Dont stop here if youre boarding within 30 mins. They have about 5 people in the back so... theyre not understaffed but too busy giggling and joking around to understand what ?fast food? means esp in an airport setting.On top of that I had to physically get in someones face to get their attention after waiting 5 mins to alert them that theyhadnt given me the drink from my order. Everybody knows flying is stressful. On this particular day the crew working was ready for it. They appeared organized,... polite, and all about it! The line was moving right along. Food was coming out hot and fresh and it made my day!!! Read more
Waited 40 min. Ordered at a Self-Kiosk. Staff is unfriendly and slow as hell. They joking around, let Burgers stand for 10 min,... and the on big black lady at the delivery had 5 min to open a package. There was a Ordering Line around 40 People but only onecashier (Who was sleeping standing). The Delivery line was around 20 People, and they all were angry. They got me a small friesinstead of a regular one. The tables are not cleaned at all. A big mess. The Burger was good, a litte bit cold, but good. Butorder here only if you have a lot of time. Food was good as Burger King goes Service was crazy slow because of only 3 working. Felt bad for them since the line never... really got any shorter. Staff was friendly and apologetic about the time waited. Read more
The kiosk told me I could order a fish burger, but the staff told me it was out. They were willing to change the order so I... could have something to eat and handled it pretty well despite having a long line of hungry people and only 2 people working. Iwas tired and cranky, but I got my food in <20 min, so all?s well! (Still way better than hours long delayed flights). Read more
