Every Burger King in Las Vegas has been a disappointment. This one I had a gift card, so that's the sole reason I visited on... Nov 23, 2022 at 6:45pm. We did our order, and the card reader seemed to have problems. It wouldn't read it. The kid washelpless and I asked if he could type the number in. He tried, but with no avail. I asked the manager, and he was prettyhelpless too. He said it's my problem and the card is faulty. He didn't give any solution, and when I asked if he could typeit it especially being the manager, he said he doesn't know how. My question is (1), why are you manager if you don't know howto work your computer, and (2) when I ask what I should do then, he demands a credit card. I came here for the Gift Card. Sono. Again burger King fails again, and I have zero interest to recommend even on a basis of free food. Read more
The 2 itty bitty pieces of lettuce were brown. The 1 tiny tomato on the burger was wrinkled and pretty much soft and fermenting.... The new royal chicken sandwich was far from royal. Threw it all away. Read more
This Burger King is so bad. The chicken is as hard as wood. Like it's been fried countless times.

Waited in the drive thru that had 4 cars in front of me and not moving. Backed up and went inside and looked like only 3... workers, no one waited on me or took my order for several minutes. They were all doing the drive thru so I left. Maybe theyneed help. Get to work, people! Went back there to see how the place is doing after the renovations and this (photo) is how mybreakfast burrito was made and wrapped! Guess it never improved! Read more
I rarely go to Burger King anymore . It has gone down hill for years . I really only get the Bacon King now . I have never... liked the Whooper . I went today for National Chicken Day because on the App you got a free Chicken Sandwich with $3 purchase . I have been wanting to try the new Hand Breaded Chicken Sandwich . A long time ago my son and I used to get the originalchicken sandwich that is like a sub , but they are too greasy now . I was happily surprised that they carry Hi-C Pink Lemonade. Hardly anyone does and I used to get at the Mount Charleston Lodge all the time , but unfortunately it recently burned down . I got the Spicy Chicken Deluxe and a small fry . I only ate a little over half of the chicken sandwich . It was not good . It even felt like the filet had been sitting out for a while since it was kind of rubbery . I took one bite of a pickle andthrew both pickles away , yuck and I like pickles . It actually was supposed to have a tomato on it not pickles since it was aDeluxe . The lettuce seemed a little old too . The fries were fresh , but you could taste the oil needs to be changed . Iworked fast food in high school . Service in the drive thru was quick and accurate . Remember I?m very neutral when it comes to rating. I?m rating this based on it being burger king & also comparing it to other... fast food restaurants. I?m not trying to compare it to a gourmet restaurant. For what it is, it was a perfect experience.Everything was hot. Service was exceptional. It?s rare i ever go & when I do I get the only thing I can really Get on the menu;the impossible whopper. I don?t know if had been a long time since I?ve been to Burger King or if they changed the formula forthe fires, but they seemed thicker, even more like a steak fry. Lastly, it was consistent & everything was tasty. They putenough of every condiment on the whopper & served it with a large smile. Thanks BK Team at this location.
