Fresh food and customer service was good too unfortunately the lobby is closed therefore only can get food through the drive... thru 7/27/2022 - their indoor service is still closed, drive through only, which is frustrating since I am a truck driver thatdelivers to most of the hospitals in Vegas and layover next door but cannot get any service here! 10/26/2022 Lobby still closedand they have zero customers through drive-thru. I had a terrible experience at first coming to this location late at night, but the store owner, Jessica, turned it all around... by redoing my order and apologizing for the inconvenience of me having to come back to get the right order. I was extremely disappointed with the service here, they didn?t complete my order, after returning to our hotel I came back, it... took over 30 minutes and I was offered the burger that had obviously been cooked when I placed the order! I asked for a new one,they eventually put on after nearly ten minutes of waiting, when I asked to speak to the manager the guy who was messing aroundand taking his sweet time told me he was the manager and that if I wanted it cooked fresh that is what he was doing! B K has gone to the dogs. The size of a whopper is the size of a regular hamburger, and the bun is not the same. It's almost all... like a brioche kind of bread. My father and I walked into this location and first a homeless man in the back booth begged us for food and money which he... shouldn?t even be allowed to be inside there asking for food. Then after 5 minutes of waiting for someone to even just look atus we get rudely greeted with eyes rolled, walking really slow up to the register by the lady with short hair in a pony tailwhich I assume is the manager. She acted like she didn?t even want us there I mean there were employees prepping food and theydidn?t even bother yelling or notifying that someone was waiting to be served nor took the initiative to help us. I?ve heardabout this location many times by family and friends that live nearby however I thought maybe they were over exaggerating butwhen I seen the attitudes these employees have I believe them now. If you live nearby in this area the only Burger King that?sclose by is the one on Pecos and Windmill or Eastern and Serene by Walmart. I've frequented this location for quite some time, employees always friendly and fast. But my last visit was BAD. I checked... their operating hours, they closed at 12am. It was 11:10pm and I pulled up to the speaker. All lights of interior and sign wereon. I waited at the speaker for a few and thought they might be closed. I decided to drive around because I thought maybe theyweren't aware I was there. As I drove past the delivery window I see a guy in there on his phone who doesn't even notice me passby. So I thought I'd just try again and go back to the speaker. Another few minutes there and still no one. I decide to justleave, passing the window again. I went tonight the exterior lights were off so I wasn't even sure they were open however i intended on getting us Burger King... ???? tonight when I got to the drive thru I was greeted by a very nice lady she took our order in a very kind and efficient way.When we got the the window to pay a nice gentleman room our payment. It's the simple things yes I know fast food a great servicedoesn't always go hand n hand but tonight it definitely did we don't go to Burger King often but when we do we will definitelyhit this one up. We ordered burgers, a long chicken sandwichs, mozzarella sticks and fresh fries. It was all good, nice and hot. Very happy!
