Placed a mobile order, waited 20 minutes in line just to be told it wasn?t made yet and asked to pull around. Waited another 10... minutes and went inside to get it, and of course the nuggets tasted burnt like they were cooked in week old oil. The malemanager is extremely slow and takes his sweet time with every task he performs. Save your money and make a peanut buttersandwich at home, wish I did. Read more
This Burger King belongs in the hood the unprofessionalism is ridiculous why do I have to wait 20 mins in a line at a fast food... joint. Isnt everything frozen? How long does it take to warm up some food. This is every time I come here. Stop being cheap andhire better people. Read more
Is the lack of customer service for me. Don?t mind waiting a while for food. But the least they can do is get the order right.... Came home to find out a whole sandwich and fries was missing from my order. Tried to call on the way back no answer. Pulled upto the driveway through no answer. Called again at the drive, I?m said yes I?m out side and no one is answering the intercom,I?m missing food out my order. They made it with no issue but gave no apology or consideration to my time wasted. Anotheremployee was in the back talking about her personal problems, an if I?m it mistaken said about Covid. Nasty attitude. Starts off every order with. "Thanks for choosing Burger King I am the only one working the front and drive thru... register, hold on"...... Then after 3 to 5 mins. Takes the order. The order taken was a Original Italian chicken Sandwich. It isshown with white mozzarella and sauce. It was served with Yellow american Cheese. (Yuk) who does that? I called to get the ordercorrected or a refund the person on the phone was aggressive and insist "the italian sandwich comes with yellow cheese". Thepicture has white mozzarella. I said I will return items for a refund. She hung up the phone..... Never go here unless you likewasting your time and money.... Read more
The spicy Ch'King sandwich reigns supreme!! BK maybe late to the spicy chicken sandwich game as compared to Popeye's,... McDonald's, Chick-fil-A etc, but this $4.29 sandwich is by far my most preferred. Bigger piece of chicken, spicy and crunchy ona potato bun with spicy glace and pickles. Yum! Read more
Sadly not quite as good as other locations. No ketchup pump and kind of neglected in certain aspects. Maybe too busy in the... drive thru so the inside diners suffer? French fries were both dark and hard or light and mushy. Also dirty mop bucket sittingin the dining area. My grade for this location is C- Read more
