The food was fresh. Employee had a hard time hearing on the drive thru. Ordered an Impossible Whopper with cheese, no tomato, no... onion, no pickles and had to go back and tell them to remake my burger, gave it to me wrong again, had to go back again and goinside to explain how I wanted the burger. I want to know whats up with the whole shenanigans at the drive thru? have wait at the front window when the person at the... second window already paid and got their food and left. also throwing out some sort of metal plate thing with cables stickingout? like is that supposed to count another car or something? sounds like they are trying to game BK's internal system of howfast they have to serve customers. but I would like it explained.
