Stopped by and the dine in area was locked. Proceeded to drive thru, there was one car in front of me, while listening the... employee taking the couldn't get the order right. This went on for about 5 minutes or more. Then I noticed that the 2 vehiclesbehind me drove away, so I decided to do the same. They have nothing but rude ignorant personnel making it inconvenient foreveryone who is unaware about their illining and unprofessional service. 0 stars. Was getting fast food for my mom, staff is rude af, no customer service, they have funky attitudes, can?t follow... instructions. I asked for no mayo cause we?re allergic and they gave me mayo anyway. They must want me to die. After 30 minutesof waiting in line, and I?m 3rd in line. Ridiculous. Staffed slammed drive in door window on my mother after her attempting towait in line again. I called and spoke to on-site manager too, she was rude af also. Unacceptable and unprofessional. 100% IMPROVEMENT!!! 08/14/2022 (including the few months before...????..) THANK YOU!!! This place has improved so much after... letting go some of the employees that were bringing this restaurant down. Especially that grumpy older man that would take yourorder through the drive thru. The drive-thru service is given priority over counter service. You can be ignored, quite some time, if you go inside. Had to... holler for help. Manager was elsewhere and the staff didn't care. Wasn't greeted or anything. Very sad. Read more
