I arrived here at 10:27 am on September 9, 2022, and encountered a locked front door, well past opening hours, and covid... restrictions. The staff didn't place a sign on the front door to specify the justification for the locked doors. Inexcusable.Then the team held up the drive-thru line to purposely wait to switch to the lunch menu when I wanted breakfast. The lady at thedrive-thru claimed they were short-staffed. However, being short-staffed or not does not justify not having a sign on the doorto explain why the doors are locked so early. The restaurant only had a few cars in the drive-thru, so it wasn't like the staffwould have been overwhelmed with customers who wanted to eat inside. I also noticed another man who wasted time walking up tothe front door to discover the doors were locked at 10:29 am. They also don't answer the telephone either. Non-responsive allaround. Read more

Ordered through drive-thru and it took 25 minutes to get the order and only 2 cars were before us! The worse part, I only... ordered 3 items (impossible whopper, fries, and jalapeño bites) After paying at the window, I was asked to pull up to the frontof the store to wait for my order. Finally got the order but got a drink I didn't order and the jalapeño bites were missing. Itold the worker I didn't order a drink and that the bites were missing, he replied to just take the drink and that he'll get thebites. I waited about a minute, I was tired of waiting so I just left without the bites. While leaving there was no sight of theworker coming out with the missing item, I'm sure they had not prepared it. There is no doubt that the workers had no trainingat all, had no idea how to prepare the menu items. I saw 3 workers, no reason why they should take 25 minutes to complete anorder. When I left, the line of the drive thru was really long, I'm sure they were taking long to prepare all the orders. I willnever return to this location, horrible experience. For management: please have your workers trained and have a supervisor thatknows what they are doing. It was a very sad situation. Read more
I want to give them 1 star because they needed to lock the doors to prevent the homeless people around the area from coming in... and getting drinks. But the service is exceptional and the store is very clean. Read more

Fire everybody who was cooking on day shift at 2:49pm October 26th. The food was freaking awful. Stale fries. The sprite was... disgusting and tasted soapy. And I was afraid to even touch my sandwiches. If you work in fast food you should make food YOUWOULD WANT TO EAT TOO. Not literal poison. It was disgusting. Fire them. And the girl at the drive thru window at the time wasrude and disrespectful. She didn?t even speak to us as she handed us our food, nor did she look at us. Complete lack of customerservice skills.
