This Burger King is the absolute WORST I?ve ever been to! I pulled in to the drive thru order menu and proceeded to order. I was... told ?I?m sorry, we don?t have any soft drinks at the moment, Just juice? Ok, I let that slide. I completed my order and arrivedat the pick up window. The young man working puts the credit card reader out so I can use my Apple Pay (That I just used at agas station 5 minutes earlier) something was wrong with the reader and it didn?t recognize the card. After a few minutes of ustrying again, I said Did you hit the button in the register that says I?m paying with a credit card or tap to pay? He?s ruderesponse was ?I know how to do my job, it?s your phone not us.? For the sake of ripping the young man out of that drive thruwindow and teaching him how to be professional and courteous to his customers regardless of the situation. I drove off acrossthe street to McDonalds and guess what? You guessed it!!! My Apple Pay worked without a single problem! This isn?t the firsttime I?ve had an issue with this Burger King. They seem to have a problem adding the piece of cheese you pay $1.25 forReligiously!!!! Fire the manager, get a new crew, do something! Read more

July 2nd 7:00 p.m. 2022 the worst fast food experience I ever had in my life. The manager was a young woman with long dark hair.... Now I completely understand why the line at McDonald's down the street is so long, and the line at this Burger King is so short.Feel sorry for her coworkers. I guess good employees are hard to find. Every time I go here, which has been 4 to be exact, I've encountered an issue of some sort: no strawberry shake or not serving... any. My order not done the way I requested it to be done. Or, the place is closed when the app says it's open and it IS closedbecause they don't have enough staff or out of certain products. Not cool at all. Guess I should look at an alternate location. I do not recommend this BK at all they are rude and last time I went they had me waiting 15 min in the drive thru because they... were playing in the kitchen area and I saw when the decided to take my order and when I did get it it was so horrible the foodwas all past due like black lettuce and green mold in the bun and old chicken it was horrible. I'm a U S Navy Vet... visiting a near by Veteran Medical Clinic, which is very near Burger King. I stop by for breakfast, first... of all great customer service and my meal was well prepared. Very good, will return again. Also the staff were all face coveredand the store was set up according. Read more
First off, Lanise gave the best service I've received from a Burger King, period. I state this given the fact that I've been to... quite a few Burger Kings (lol at the review). The bad service alone at most places warrant one star, but usually they're prettydirty à well, so there's that. This restaurant was clean and set up properly for all of the chaos we know as life during apandemic. I appreciate Lanise's attitude and had my friend my already thrown away our receipt I would've taken the survey. Thisis one of, if not the only, Burger Kings that I would recommend. Read more
Manager small talked counter person 10 minutes as I waited. No ice, was told I'd be brought ice, called back to the counter even... though I was struggling to walk with a cane. Entire crew loud and obnoxious the entire time. Read more
