Man so I ordered food the fries weren't even cooked they were raw fries I had ordered four burgers I only got three of them... everything was cold.. then I go back and they have an attitude about fixing the order and after that they still didn't give mefour sandwiches they only gave me three even though my receipt shows for sandwiches I got three cheeseburgers and not my chickensandwich... When you keep someone waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes, you don?t make the situation worse by acting aggressive with the... customer. You listen to the concern, explain the issue and make things right for the inconvenience. If this is too difficult foryou ?James? then fast food customer servicing is not the job for you. Perhaps seek employment elsewhere because you arerepresenting this company poorly. Burger King please do a better job training your employees on the meaning of customer serviceand how to handle drive thru errors another way that doesn?t involve having cars wait thirty minutes to pull up. I like that BK always has deals going on and consistently reveals new products on a seasonal basis. I have never encountered a... rude staff member in any location. Giving 4 stars ???? because when dining IN they don't use the proper cleaning cloths to wipedown the tables and seats. Reusing the same cloth over and over without proper cleaning in between is spreading around fooddebris and bacteria ????. Yuck ????!!! Read more

I use to work at burger king. I asked for my cheese burger off the broiler and my fries fresh. Instead I got the coldest cheese... burger and fries I've ever had. With one slice of cheese. It's like they got mad because I asked for fesh food so they gave methe complete opposite. By the way this was the manager that did this.. This BK still accepts BK coupons, unlike the one on Boulder Highway at Tropicana. Also want to commend the employees who were... friendly and helpful, as well as serving up piping hot fresh fries and onion rings to go with my Whopper - which was also hot,fresh, and prepared exactly right. Read more
