Staff member was cleaning up outside as I pulled up, which is a good sign. I could actually understand the person at the drive... thru. My chicken sandwich was ready as soon as I pulled up, and both it and the fries were hot and delicious. Wow I haven't beento a BK this good in a while. Read more
Ordered 3 number 1 meals. 2 with onion rings & 1 with french fries. All 3 drinks were non sweetened. When I asked for Splenda or... sweeten low I was charged an extra $1.00. I got my order home & I had 2 french fries & 1 onion rings. Also as I put sweetenedlow in my ice tea it frizz & went all over the carpet. Come to find out it was soda instead of ice tea. I spent almost $30 onthese meals just to be very disappointed in burger King. I also wasn't given a receipt. Read more
Came here to get lunch on my birthday. Walked in and noticed the shortage of staff shortly after I ordered. No problem I guess.... I have been waiting 10 mins now on a very simple order. Aside from everything else, management here could have a much betterattitude but I guess not all people are happy coming to work. Either way I?m giving this place 1 stars for their need to treatcustomers but management as I stated really needs to treat their employees better. Worse service ever, this is the second time it took for ever, I got there at 11:51pm were 6 cars in front of me, looks like... they take an order, make it and then take the next one, I left the drive thru at 12:33 am, when I asked the girl on the windowwhat was wrong, she said: oh we have a lot of Uber orders, she wasn?t even taking orders while I waited for my food, she wasjust standing up next to the guy with the red T-shirt handling the food even worse he didn?t wear gloves (see pictures also Ihave the video) when I got home my fries were cold and and saggy and I live just across the street. Place just got "facelift" I guess, it has new seats and smells new plastic(; Drink machine is huge and has all kind of sweet tea... along with traditional sodas. But new menu like Bacon King and Mushroom Swiss King has no onion and no tomato and no lettuceinside so it's complete rip-off, tastes dry and greasy. They have 89 cents pancake meal I didn't try yet.
