This location has been surprisingly good. I normally visit in the evening and have only been about 6 times since February but... every visit has yielded a quality experience. My recent visit was no different and after swearing I was going to post a reviewon how good the service has been, I felt compelled after speaking to the manager (Dominique) while waiting for my completedorder (they dropped fresh fries and onion rings! ), Dominique apologized for the delay and I had to commend her and the team atthe location for providing good service and quality product. The chicken sandwich was hot and fresh. Considering it was nearly10 pm its hard to not be impressed that someone in a chain establishment, places customer satisfaction high enough to ensure thefood was made fresh. Furthermore, I'm equally pleased at the fact that through about a half dozen visits none of them hasproved to be a one-off circumstance. They consistently hit at least a 9 out of 10. Stopped in to get the kids something to eat after school. Was in the drive thru almost 45min. Finally made it to the window and... we were missing food. Had to knock on the window to get their attention. Eventually got all our food, too bad it was cold. Thisstore has a horrible reputation for slow service and unprofessional employees. I was hoping it had gotten better but seems tobe worse. I will be taking my business somewhere else and not be coming back to this store. Read more
The King of Burgers. Always go with the whopper. Get it cut in half so it's so much neater to eat, No liquid mess. I gave a 4... stars cause it seems like I always get one whopper plump, but the other be kinda flat though. All in all, still delicious.Thanks Burger King. Read more
I must admit I have never had high expectations for Burger King or the quality of its employees but to say I am disappointed... would be an understatement. Ordered two meals, paid an additional 3.80 for an xtra pattie on one of the whoppers which I didn?treceive. After arriving at home and realizing the mistake I called to let them know, the phone rang at least twenty times beforesomeone answered. The woman who took the call was rude to me when I explained what the issue was. I had already made it back tothe house to discover my food was not correct. I realize it?s only fast food but to not offer an apology after paying 30 dollarsfor two ?value? meals and the only resolution she offered was to drive the food all the way back to have it made again seemedridiculous. To make matters worse I was hung up on without coming to a fair resolution. I will not be coming back to thislocation and I encourage management to reevaluate how they deal with customer complaints moving forward. The fries and myimpossible burger were cold and they didn?t put any napkins in our bag either, beyond disappointed. Read more

Thrusday 06/09/2022 around 7:44pm staff is amazing. This location is always great service but today I had to report the single... staffing. I am so sorry I did not catch their names. I do know it's a young blk man with dreads who took my husband and I order.We had 2 number 1s w/cheese, one without onion, large with sprites. The young man repeated the order back to us to make sure itwas what we wanted. There was also a big tall blk young man who handed our order to us, so polite and warm. I can?t believe I?m posting a review for a Burger King but I feel like I have to. I pulled up to the drive through with my wife... and we didn?t hear anything for about 5 minutes so we pulled up to the first window and there was ONE woman in the kitchen.There could have been someone else cooking but as for most of the kitchen, that woman was doing everything else. She was workingsuper hard and she still gave us an amazing smile, great customer service and she was super friendly. Her name was Lori andhonestly she was too sweet. My wife said she was the nicest person and told her to take her time but she did everything fast andshe still was amazing. I just wanted to come on here and give her the appreciation she deserves. What a dump. The bacon/egg sandwich looked like it was stepped on after it was wrapped. Smashed beyond belief. The French toast... sticks had so much oil on them they were almost dripping it. The tater tots were cold. Go to MCD's and get something that isedible. Do not go to this location. It doesn't even deserve 1 star. Read more
