This is the third time I have driven through this Burger King and received horrible service and very low quality food. The... workers all have attitudes don't smile and if you ask for ketchup they give you one! Really one ketchup for two orders of fries!The food was cold and old. But the clearly hostile attitude of the workers was the worst. No smiling no thank you for cominginto Burger King, and the food is just handed to you out the window with no words at all just thrust out the window. I willnever ever be back. Bad service bad food. Don't come here. It was my 1st and last time. Took them 20 minutes to serve a fxxxx cold sandwich. Management should know about... this. It's been 8 years in Vegas and never seen a SLOW moving BK drive through. Not going back again. Read more
This BK is typically pretty good. But the past several times we've experienced a decline in service and quality. When ordering... what happened to ask in "would that complete your order" "or would you like to order anything else?" now it's just "is that it"added tomatoes to an original chicken sandwich, tomatoes were literally just the skins, and the lettuce was brown and soggy.This past time ordered 2 meals medium, received one regular, one medium, and neither of the fries were remotely full. I gettimes are hard, ppl are frustrated with their jobs. But if you don't want go above and beyond, Im a believer that if you're on ajob, you at least put forth 100%. Read more

Slowly, we have had more and more problems with the quality of food from this location. When we get whoppers the tomatoes are a... slimy mess. Now, these burgers & fries were so cold we had to warm them up in our microwave. The bun isn't even toasted. It'sjust plane bread. I'm only leaving a bad review because this is happening on a regular basis. I'm really disappointed for thelast time by this location because we really love Burger King & will no longer enjoy it as much because this location is by ourhome. Read more

Absolutely disgusting!!! They are scratching their hair with the same gloves they use to get your fries . I witnessed with my... own eyes them drop fries on the counter and throw them back in the fries container! Picking up trash from the floor all whilewearing the same gloves . Read more
