Got order perfect... that is very uncommon for me now days. Only issue was the app wouldn't let me check it so I had to go in... and place the order. The girl was efficient in taking the order, the guy was perfect in filling it... good was hot and tasty. Thumbs up!! Read more
I have ordered at this Burger King location several times in the past with a variety of results. My expectations were not... particularly high but I must say that the signature chicken sandwich I received was without doubt the worst example of ?fastfood? I?ve ever had. Upon arriving home I attempted to cut the sandwich in half which proved to be virtually impossible. Thechicken had been over cooked to a ridiculous point and was approximately the consistency of a hockey puck. Burger King can restassured that this location will not be filling another order for me. Always great staff & good service. Sometimes the food takes a little longer than usual & I don't trust the drive thru anymore... for my order being correct. But we go in because it's clean, the staff is friendly & it's air conditioned. Read more
This was the first time I've been to this BK, and everything was perfect! The drive-thru staff were super friendly and patient... (sorry, I'm picky), my food was perfectly cooked and hot, and my Impossible Whopper was excellent! I'll definitely be back! Read more
This is consistently the worst BK/ fast food place in Vegas. The staff is so slow and often messes up food orders. I?ve only... come here out of needing food on the go, but I?ll never be back again. Read more

It's about a block from where I work, convenient right? NOT EVEN! Everytime I go there it's something... 1 car in the drive thru... at the order speaker, it took just over 5 minutes to take their order. I pull up and I'm asked to "wait a minute". 4 minuteslater I say "hello?" Response was "I said wait a minute!" In a loud, rude voice. When she finally deigned to take my order, Iasked how long will it take to make a whopper. I was told "it'll take as long as it takes". I didn't order, went home and had afrozen pizza. Went here for my lunch break. Work at Summerlin Hospital on my feet all day and I was so hungry from my lunch break so I decided... to go to Burger King. Ordered a original chicken classic combo my chicken sandwich was hard as a brick my fries Taste like theywere old and just mix with new fries. Did not have enough time to go back and request for my food to be remain had to go finishmy shift on a empty stomach thanks to them. Do better guys Read more
