I?ve had my fair share of experiences here. From a raw chicken crisp sandwich to just opening up my breakfast sandwich today and... finding mold on the egg. Thank god for ketchup, if not I would have never opened up this sandwich and seen the mold growing onthis. Absolutely disgusting and carless knowing I could have gotten sick from eating food with mold sprouting. Read more
Holy long wait Batman! Waited quite some time for someone to take my order. Then forever to actually get my order. Ske also... forgot my sauce for my bogeys....ugh!!! Not very fast food that's for sure. If the food wasn't so great and fresh I wouldhave given only 1 star. Read more
It took us over a half hour to place our order. Person ringing us up had no idea how to do it. The rest of staff didn't bother... to help. Once order finilly placed waited 45 min or more then order was wrong. It took 2hours and 20 minutes . Very poorservice. Several people left once they were watching what was happening. Read more
Employees arguing with manager loud enough to hear from seating area Cashier was elderly and had a difficult time adjusting to... speed of customers and adapting to register it also seemed she was hard of hearing Food was cold. For from fresh and felt asthough it had been sitting before I received it. Took a while to get my food. Manager, Francisco, was friendly and holding ittogether best he could. My mother in law did not want to go and complain but I told her this was not acceptable. They went in earlier today around 7pm,... august 1st and had moldy bread. This is disgusting and not acceptable and if I was there with her, I would have definitely wentand complained for her Read more
I should?ve have a 10:20 PM on a Saturday. They said they had no beef patties. No shakes or ice cream because you?re cleaning... the ice cream machine out. The reasoning was that they were almost closed. They close at midnight. So they?re cleaning almost 2hours before they?re closing. I said OK then and he said have a nice day. After I had already ordered to check on Sanchez. Soclearly they didn?t even want to help me even with what they said they had on hand to offer. Read more
My family and I eat that this Burger King probably about 3-4 times a month because it's near our congregation and our children... attend an after school program after their regular school day is over. We have come for breakfast, for lunch and for Dinner. Wewill be here more now that school is back in full session. I appreciate the fact that no matter what time we've come it's alwaysclean and the kids place is meticulous. For any parent that's ever been to a fast food place that has a kids area it is a taskto to keep it truly clean but the staff here focuses on it. They are very attentive and customer service is a real focus. It ismuch less common place that a Burger King has a kid for all and although many McDonald's do I like the equipment in thisparticular location better. Burger King's app is much easier to use then McDonald's app and in my opinion the food is better.Another bonus is that although there aren't many options for the health conscious on Burger King's menu the food over all haslower fat less sodium and little less carbs according to my fitness tracker so when I do eat it's not as bad for my diet. I don't know how a burger joint runs out of lettuce but they sure as hell didn't give us any discount for the incomplete Burger... not only that but they couldn't get the double cheeseburger right when I only had one patty to it I'm not sure what it is aboutfast food joints in this town but I'm pretty sure they get off I'm not getting your order right.
